+ -1 moreI have called this company many times leaving messages with no return call. I'm assuming this company is no longer in business. It's been about 2 months since I've purchased the service on here. I will be contacting Angieslist for a refund. Still haven't heard from Rain Catchers.
Description of Work: I cannot get a hold of them. No work completed yet.

Description of Work: Left a message (and contact information) with the service provider Sept. 10. No response since. Called service provider again Sept. 12. Still only received answer machine. Seems as though provider opted not to provide service to my address, due to location. This is the 2nd time this has happen with Angie's List service (different service provider). I'll likely cancel my account due to these occurrences.

Description of Work: Nothing, I called and left a message over a week ago and have not heard anything back, they were supposed to send a message 2weeks ago to set up a time and date for the service and have not heard anything.

+ 0 moreOur old gutters were installed in sections, and recently they began to leak in the spots where the sections were joined together. We called Rain Catchers on a Tuesday afternoon and had an appointment for an estimate set for Thursday morning. The representative from Rain Catchers was very polite and very professional. We agreed to the estimate and the work was scheduled for the following Wednesday. We received a couple confirmation calls, which we appreciated, and provided with a start time between 9 and 10am. The workers arrived on-time and started working immediately. The old gutter and downspout was removed and a new, seamless gutter system was installed. They even re-installed AND corrected a past bad installation of leaf gutter guards we had installed on the old gutters. These guys are prompt, very professional and we are extremely pleased with the finished work. Clean-up after the work was finished is immaculate - we can't even tell they were here, except for the new gutter and downspout. We only replaced the gutters in front of our house - the gutters in back are fine. But since they were installed in sections it's probably only a matter of time before they start leaking. I'm certain we will call Rain Catchers when they need to be replaced with seamless gutters. Which, by the way, come with a 10-year guarantee!!
