Excellent, prompt response. Scheduled and arrived on time. Completed the requested job timely and completely.Would highly recommend these services and use again.

There was a 2 person crew, they called me when they were on their way and arrived at the time they stated on the phone call. I showed them where everything was and they got started immediately. It took them about 30 - 40 minutes to remove everything. The crew was very professional and courteous. I also liked that they made sure before removing anything that the item was what I wanted them to take and before they left they went thru all the items they had removed and asked if there was anything else. I would recommend to family and friends.

It was great. They were courteous and efficient. It was pretty straightforward.

Scheduling was prompt; I needed to get the couches out as a new furniture delivery was scheduled for the next day. I might have been able to get a little lower cost by shopping around, but Tom was able to set the appointment for the day after I called. The guys called to see if they could come by earlier than scheduled as they were running ahead. That was no problem. It took them about a half hour to move everything into the truck. I'd asked for an estimate, but didn't get one until after they'd loaded the truck. That may be general practice, but I felt a bit uncomfortable "flying blind" until they told me. I did get the 10% discount for being an Angie's List member. Balancing the final price with the prompt response, I feel it was a fair amount. This was my first time using a cleanout service. I had everything cleared away so they could get at the stuff earmarked for removal, so I think that helped with the speed of removal. The guys were courteous and professional. Overall, an excellent experience. I would use them again.

I recieved a response from Tom within 24 hours of requesting an estimate and was able to schedule service that week. Tom' s crew were friendly and efficient.

It went great! I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. They came on time and worked really fast. They could have been a little more careful tracking dirt in the house but frankly they tried and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

Scheduling with Tom was very easy and was responsive over both phone and email. Three guys came on time, were done in about an hour and filled up close to 3/4 of a 10 foot box truck. They were good as I have 3 little kids under the age of 4 who are always running around and getting in the way - overall a very pleasant experience.

Tom's crew arrived early, before I could get to the home. Other contractors who were working at the house said that they left. I called Tom, and he sent them right back. They cleaned out a lot of junk in the attic, first floor, basement and outdoor shed. The junk in the basement had to be cut up and removed. After about three hours, and two full truck loads of debris, they finished. Don and Kenny were polite and hard working. I was so impressed that I tipped them before they left. For the services provided, I thought the price was very good.

They were in and out within an hour ---- no fuss or mess. Both gentlemen were polite and courtesy.

We have used Delco Cleanouts 3 times in the past 2 months. We were preparing to put our house on the market and kept finding more and more things that we didn't want or need. There were also things that we just couldn't manage to carry out of the basement or attic ourselves. They came, disassembled things and carried them out. It was surprising how fast they are. It was so convenient that we didn't hesitate to call them 2 more times.

They did a good job. I just had a misunderstanding with the billing, because we had a coupon from Angie's List, and then he sent the bill which was like $350, and that's what I thought the total bill was, but I had also paid the $100 for the coupon. He then gave me credit for $100. The coupon said it was a quarter truck load, and at the bottom it said it was a half truck load. He gave me the credit yesterday. The guys were fine. There was more stuff than I had expected, but the guys were good, and they took everything. They showed up on time, and did a nice job.

They arrived on scheduled. Got right to work and completed emptying the attic within 2 hours. All I needed to do was point to items I wanted to keep and they removed everything else.

The debris was outside on a patio. Pouring rain however they arrived right on time . Moved quickly removed the debris within 20 minutes.

Arrived on time. Even though they had to make an extra trip (sorry) they were still reasonably priced

Only comment--should probably have booties for going into folks home, but they took a lot of trash out of the basement in no time and saved me an expensive hauling fee from the township.

They came out when they said they were going to. They had everything that needed to haul up and loaded it quickly. I emailed them for an estimate and they emailed me right back and we had some weather issues. They showed up when they said they would and were very professional.

It went well. The gentleman Tom, is a very nice guy. If you look at the deal, it says its for 5 cu yards, but when I talked to Tom, he gave me the impression that it was only for 4 cu yards, but the deal states 5. He wanted another $40 because he said it was over 4 cu yards, and when the truck arrived it was NOT a big truck.

It went very well. They were on time and removed items quickly and without any problems. Price was very fair . I would recommend them highly.

The guys were here at exactly 11:00 as scheduled. My biggestest project was a 3 piece curio custom cabinet over 8 feet tall by approximately 12 feet wide. I was amazed with the patience these men demonstrated breaking this monstrosity down into manageable sections. I had heavy lawn equipment in the garage. Furniture, trunks, and garbage bags that weighed 50 pounds in both my upstairs and my basement. These guys didn't stop until the truck was full. They were respectful and polite. They used caution when moving items across my hardwood floors. They are not lazy as I have found some companies to be in the past. They have a very good work ethic. They would not accept any lunch. I gave them 2 water bottles as they were pulling out of driveway. I have already called Tom and am getting stuff ready for another pick-up. They are leaders in their business.
