There was a little delay in getting the estimate due to an unforseen situation. The Gentlemen were very punctual, quick and very efficient and in the end the price was less than the estimate. I would definately recommend this company.

We needed a small demo and cleanout in the kitchen.The workmen were late and when I mentioned that I had been waiting for 45 minutes,the lead guy just shrugged.The old paneling had to be carried from the kitchen through the dining room,through the living room and out the front door.The first red flag was when I asked for a dropcloth and the man told me no,it would be okay.These guys were very good at what they were focused on,they were very friendly and polite.HOWEVER,they left behind a lot of dirt,filthy handprints all over the kitchen ceiling and damaged the finish on the dishwasher.I spent hours cleaning up the filth all over the kitchen,then called the owner,Tom D'Orazio.He arrived promptly the next morning,listened to me,looked at the kitchen,apologized and gave me back $50.00.He said he would go to Home Depot and buy appliance paint for the dishwasher but I never saw him again.That's okay,I can buy appliance paint with the $50.00 refund! Would we use these guys again? Yes.BUT we would prepare for their carelessness beforehand and watch them very carefully while they were working. The owner,Tom D'Orazio is a great guy and was always here on time when he said he would be here.Why his employees were late,I don't know.One of the workers is his son so maybe Tom can train him to be more respectful of his customers' homes.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has items to haul away. Both gentlemen made clear what was to be removed via their service order and the path they were taking out of my house before they bear-handedly removed the items. It was a very hot day and I was their last service call - they were both very professional and made sure that I was satisfied after all items were removed and put in their truck. I received a reminder call, from Thomas the owner, prior to the scheduled date of service and a follow-up call after the service was complete. I do have additional items to be removed and will use this service again. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank You!!

We hired Delco Cleanouts to remove junk from my father in law's house prior to it's sale. Tom and his team were great. They made quick work of 25 years of stuff!

I found Delco on Angie's List, so I knew they would be good.... they were great! Tom, the owner, worked with me to discuss exactly what I needed to be done and a convenient date. We had a swingset that needed to be disassembled and removed from the property, an old Sauder TV/Entertainment center that was falling apart that needed to be removed (one of those heavy, put together yourself kinds), as well as the old 32" TV that went with it, and a trashed sleeper sofa. I received confirmation emails after scheduling, as well as a reminder the day before service was to be performed. Tom even phoned the day before to confirm. Two of Tom's crew came on time. They were polite, clean, pleasant (despite the hot and humid conditions) and cleaned up after themselves. I would not only recommend, but have no hesitation to use Tom and his guys again. Thanks so much!!!

I contacted Delco Cleanouts through their website. I sent photos of the items that needed to be removed from my home. I did tell them that all of the items were in the basement, and they were fine with that. I received a response right away as to the cost of the furniture and other junk removal. I set up an appointment via their website and received an email confirming the appointment that I made right away. Any contact that I made with Delco Cleanouts was responded to immediately! They also honored the 15% Angie's List coupon. On the day of the removal they arrived 10 minutes early. The gentleman were very friendly, introducing themselves and shaking hands. All items were removed quickly and safely without doing any damage to my freshly painted walls. I would certainly recommend Delco Cleanouts to others. They were friendly and professional in their work.

They arrived promptly and were courteous. They removed all items from the driveway as requested. They had to remove the basement door to get the freezer unit out and there was some minor paint damage to our baseboards, but other than that, they did a good job. They were MUCH more reasonable from a cost perspective than some of the big Junk removal services. I spoke with the owner about a future job to remove a swingset from our backyard and he gave me an estimate for it. I will definitely hire them for this job in the near future.

?) Tom looked the place over, estimated at $650-700, We chose a mutually-agreed date. He send 3 men and a large truck. Arrived 40 mins. late-my only (minor) complaint. The guys made every effort to cover carpets and vacuumed after the job with my shop vac. Clean-up was fine. They worked steadily without a lunch break and did a fine job--asking questions as they went along. (Does this go? This looks pretty new, does it go too? etc.) They filled the truck, drove to the dump, returned for a second partial load. The dump is only 10 minutes away. Thew were conscientious, hard-working. I have no complaints. Charged $650. I tipped the gentlemen who performed the work.

Excellent. I received and estimate within a day and it was very reasonable. They called the day before to confirm and came on top and did a thorough job. Hauled away everything and did it neatly. They did not leave anything behind for me to pick up or clean up.

I emailed them Monday night and they contacted back within a few minutes. They stopped over early the next morning while I was at work and called me with a quote that was much cheaper than two other well known companies that had also given me a quotes. They did the job the next morning (Wednesday) as promised. Would definitely use them again.

A large dumpster was deposited on my driveway the day before the scheduled clean-out. Tom arrived exactly on schedule with two workers and a 20-foot truck. The three of them worked tirelessly for almost seven hours in less than perfect weather to clean out a huge basement and second story storage areas. It was an extremely hot day, and a lot of the clean-out consisted of heavy cartons of books. They did an amazing job under the circumstances. They were as pleasant as anyone could wish. They charged exactly what was promised and even moved some furniture upstairs for me for a very slightly increased fee and after a very long day. It took a few days for the dumpster people to pick it up, but Tom followed up on every call until it was removed. He was the most reasonable by far of the three estimates I received. I would highly recommend these guys. Under difficult circumstances, they were pleasant, careful, efficient, and honest.

We can't heap enough praise on these guys for a job so well done. Tom came 2 wks before the removal date to survey the mess and to provide an estimate. The crew arrived on time. They introduced themselves to the members of our family. Then they got to work. It was amazing to see how much junk they were able to clear out in a relatively short period of time. We will be using Delco again as there's still more stuff to discard as we continue our down-sizing and re-organization. Thanks, Tom and Crew!

After reading reviews on Angie's List, Delco Cleanouts was my first call. I submitted an email inquiry on Thursday and Tom responded with a price that afternoon. He was out here Saturday morning and everything was gone not even an hour later. Absolutely fantastic customer service and responsiveness; pricing beyond competitive. I recommend this company and will use them again!

Needed to have some furniture removed. Delco came out the same day I called. They removed a dresser,armoire, tall tv stand, glass headboard,nightstand and a small piece of furniture. Got the job done fast. Was very careful not to damage anything while moving the furniture out. Other places i called wanted to charge me 300 to 600 dollars. Delco Cleanouts had the best price. Will definitely use them again if i need to.
