This was the second time I used them after doing the review. I was very + pleased with them . They are an excellent company. They are very easy to work with. Overall experience, I will give them a straight A. Maybe you should be patient when making an initial contact with them, because they are very busy, but very good.

In one word - FABULOUS! Terry Nemeth and his crew were amazing - they were incredibly easy to work with. They started exactly on schedule (on the morning I was expecting them, they even showed up EARLY) and they ended a week AHEAD of schedule. Best of all, they did even a little more work than was required - without any extra charge - and they helped preserve and protect the house from any future drainage issues. By way of background, I have attempted for months to get a contractor to repair some foundation issues around the house and I took bids from four other, competing contractors in the Greater Johnstown area. One contractor I found on Craigslist started and never finished, one reputable company estimated it at more than twice the cost, another reputable company specializing in landscaping contracted with me late last summer, but then they got too busy last fall as winter set in then they never showed up this spring. To their credit, after NEMETH started work on a retaining wall system, I was soooo impressed, I asked for additional work - to re-plumb and pressure test all piping in the basement to separate storm water from the sanitary system. They came up with a very innovative approach that only required a minimal amount of disturbing the basement, and they were able to completely finish everything within days. I even independently verified their work through Highland Sewer and Water and the work they did passed the engineer's inspection with flying colors - what a relief! Our house now exceeds the new Johnstown sewer rules and has an entirely rebuilt basement steps and retaining walls. Clearly, NEMETH CONSTRUCTION has impressed me in every respect and has exceeded my highest expectations - In my book, NEMETH gets *****FIVE STARS! ***** Definitely hire these guys!
