Description of Work: They sprayed for a spider problem we were having and the guys were great. The lady on the phone however was short and down right rude when we asked some questions about the chemicals they use and if it was safe for my pregnant wife.

Description of Work: They arrived at the house before I did, but saw exactly where the problem was and took care of it. They said that it might take up to 48 hours before the yellowjackets were gone, but it only took two hours, I haven't seen a yellowjacket since! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will be calling them again in the future.

 + -1 moreI called them in the morning reporting a problem with bees. They were out within a few hours and took care of my problem. Explaining everything along the way. The service person was very knowledgeable and friendly.

 + -1 moreyes Living in the basement apartment of my ranch house and had a slew of large black spiders; called Roberts Pest Control and the woman who answered the phone was very polite and understanding. Explained the options available and set me up for service the next business day. Gentleman came out asked lots of questions as to where I was seeing the most spiders, how big, what color etc. Sprayed every area inside and out and was on his way. Immediately I started to see a difference - dead spiders, not live! Then no spiders. A few weeks passed and I started to see a few spiders in isolated areas, so I called and they came back out immediately and resprayed. They sent me a coupon book to make my monthly payments (I chose to have them come monthly) and they come like clock work to spray and YEAH - no more spiders. Also, their products are pet safe.
