Description of Work: i needed a bathroom pipe replaced. needed it quite badly after i tried unsuccessfully to fix myself. i called on a monday morning after a frigid weekend. they assessed the problem said they had a ton of emergency frozen pipes after weekend. they recommended i use a bucket to capture leak, then called and came bright and early on tues a.m.

Description of Work: wow they came the same day and did an assessment; truly it was within an hour of when i called. jeff talked to me about the problem explained a bit about sump pump mechanisms, and got approval to come back the same afternoon and install a newer type of pump. they were polite and efficient, as always

 + -1 moreJeff and Dick (and another assistant whose name I didn't catch) were great! They actually phoned me back after requesting an estimate. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but you wouldn't believe how many plumbers I called that never bothered to even return my call! They came to provide an estimate and quickly got back to me with a fair price. They ordered a necessary part and got to work immediately after it arrived. They went above and beyond for me. They even went as far as moving a couple of studs and an electric outlet that was in the way to a different location...and they didn't charge extra for it! I'd highly recommend them! Our bathroom renovation is not complete yet, so if we run into any problems once the water is running again in that bathroom, I'll will come here to revise this review, but as far as I can tell, they are outstanding and I highly recommend them!
Description of Work: I called because I needed a shower base and on/off shower valve installed, plus a drain hooked up to the shower base.

 + -1 moreIt went great. Jeff and his helper were respectful of my wishes not to have shoes worn in my home. They were prompt and fixed the drip that was happening from the handles in my bathtub. Jeff was even kind enough to explain things he was performing his work. Thanks Jeff!
