This provider called, quoted a prior scheduled appointment with a 4-hour window for a week later. There was no confirmation call, on the scheduled day, a little over 3 hours into the window, I called the vendor. I was told there was a delay due to a big clog. on another job. The vendor promised to call back with an update when he got back to the office reschedule for the following week if necessary. That was our last conversation. Very disappointed with this vendor. A week later, I called another provider: 5 hours later, my chimney was clean and at a slightly lower price.

George was very helpful, provided pictures, and did a wonderful job.

He did not complete the project as I needed him to. Was not able to complete the job.
