Entire team was amazing to work with. Very courteous, polite and responded promptly to any of our questions. We had a specific vision for how we wanted the exterior of our property to look and the team at Munz exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Munz to others, and plan to use them in the future for a basement remodel.

They gave us a start date for the deck and arrived when they promised. They built the composite deck according to the requirements of the Warminster Township permit. Their work was excellent and the installers did excellent work. The deck looks great. As they were leaving after finishing the deck in late August I asked when they would start the siding and the scheduler said near the end of September. Later that same afternoon he called and said they would start the next day. I was delighted, but there were some things I wanted to do before they started so they worked on areas that did not conflict with my efforts for a day or two. Again the installers were very pleasant and eager to make sure I was happy with their work. They kept telling me that if anything didn't suit me to let them know right away. They were extremely cooperative and helpful. They were concerned about the connections between my house wiring and the PECO connections at the top of the house on one of the rake boards--the wiring was original to the house in the early 60's. I hired an electrician to fix the problem and they and the electrician worked out how to time the installations with no problems on on either side. Their work was outstanding; it looks as if I have a new house. They cleaned up very well before they left so considering everything I can give Munz my highest recommendation. I thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone who was associated with the project.

The installation went very well. The installers came on time and installed the windows exactly the way my husband requested. As the son of a contractor, he is very particular on how he wants work done. The crew chief did a walk through with him to inspect all the windows and it was exactly to his specifications. All of the workers were very amiable and very competent. The were very respectful of the house, even taking off their shoes when they came inside (we did not request this). They were also fantastic about cleaning up any debris and removed any garbage as part of the installation.

Sales man showed up, he was nice and seems to be knowledgeable, I quickly took note that windows is not really his specialty since he sales everything including toilet installation among other things, I hired these people because they were cheaper than anyone else?.BIG MISTAKE My patio doors and window took long time to arrive, on delivery date it was down pouring so bad and two guys showed up to unload and apparently they wanted to do the installation that same day. I said NO. Then we scheduled an installation date and a crew of 4 showed up, one crew chief and the others are just regular workers who cut wood and haul tools and do what the boss tell them to do (they littered my back yard with cig butts). I specifically asked the crew leader to install an aluminum flashing above the patio doors to prevent rain water and he refused saying I do not need them and a caulking would be sufficient, 5 months later and yesterday down pouring rain I saw one patio door leaking like a sieve and the other one had an inch of standing water in the bottom channel. I called the company yesterday and they did not seem to care that much, apparently they do not keep a record of the jobs they do, I had to give my name, address, phone and date of installation, at the end of the call secretary said she will forward to a repair man who will call me, he did not call at all and again this morning still my Patio door leaking I called and spoke to same person and again I had to give all the information to her so she can give it to their repair man, she said she does not know when he will call me or come to my house since he is very busy. This company does not stand behind their work, they provide no warranty against bad workmanship, and their attention to construction detail is nonexistence. they never bothered to read the installation instruction that came with the doors or followed the manufacture's suggested installation steps. they have no customer service. My advice not to call them or even consider them do any kind of work in your house

It didn't. I called their office and left my name and number. I told the girl that I needed to replace my countertops. No one ever called. I feel that maybe the job was too small for them.

Perfect, they were fast and efficient. New windows look and operate great and no more cold draft. More light enters basement now too.

I wanted to update my experience with Munz. My original review was 9/29 after Munz was a no-show for a scheduled appointment. After my review appeared, i was contacted by a Munz rep who apologized for their error. We all make mistakes and I respect those who make an effort to right a wrong. An estimate was made a short time after my writing.

Called and scheduled an appointment for a new roof. I was told Eric would be coming out on 10/1. Good start to the process. The day we were supposed to meet, I left work early and cancelled going to a class I normally attend on Wednesday evenings. The agreed upon time came and went that night and no calls were received as to why Eric was a no-show. Thinking perhaps an emergency came up, I fully expected I would get a call the next day apologizing and things would be rescheduled but again, no communication. When I am spending my money, I do not believe it my responsibility to contact a business as to why they did not show. I am not the type to bash anyone who is trying to earn a living but when I modify my schedule to meet yours and then get stood up, I have no problem reporting the experience. All it would have taken was a simple phone call and I would have understood completely.

Everything's fine. They did a good job. The price is very reasonable. It's just that you have to wait. They're very busy. They even put in larger poles that I wanted and didn't charge me extra. They are very good. I would use this provider again in the future.

Everything stands out. They deal with contractors and every contractor that came into this house was amazing, professional and funny. I had a good time with all of them. They are very neat about what they do and are punctual. They provided great workmanship.

I t went great. Having other work done by Munz Construction ( family room addition and roof,gutters and down spouts ) His staff is professional,reliable, on time(call to let you know they are on their way) Would not hesitate to call them again. Thank You Munz Construction!

My experience was good even though I was not able to take advantage of the "Big Deal" offer. Munz Construction was very professional. Unfortunately, the work that needs to be done Munz does not perform and was not covered by the "Big Deal" offer. I would use them in the future for other services. Fortunately, I had obtained two other estimates from businesses I found on Angie's list and the work will be performed in a couple of weeks. My overall experience using Angie's list has been very valuable. I have recommended Angie's list to my friends and family. Angie's list is the only way to go!!! Thank you Angie! :-)

Installation required two trips on different days because the supplier originally provided the wrong front doors. This was not Munz's fault and I did not blame them for it. In fact, Munz offered to reduce the cost if we kept the incorrect doors, but we elected to wait for the right ones. Total installation time was about a day and a half. The installers generally acted in a responsible and professional manner. The lead installer, Nick, was sharp and communicative during the process. I felt confident that the job would be done well with him in charge. The completed installation is exactly as good as I expected it to be. I have only a few relatively minor complaints. I was only given a couple days' notice of the first installation date, which required me to obtain door hardware in a hurry. More notice would have been helpful. In addition, the installers arrived before their promised time each morning. Better to be early than late, but a heads up would have been appreciated.

It was fine. I am very pleased with them. They corrected the situation promptly.

They did a great job. The installers arrived promptly each day. They were very knowledgeable and worked very hard. They were careful in my home and cleaned everything up. They demonstrated great skill in the work they did. They answered all my questions and asked if I had any concerns. They were the only company that could actually get a sample of the sliding windows through the Pella showroom in Langhorne so that we could see them before committing to the job. We got several estimates, but sliding windows are hard to come by as samples, evidently. It did take a few months for that to happen. They were ordered in Dec. then with the bad winter we had, they were not installed until April. I would definitely recommend them to others and I would hire them again, based on this positive experience.

We haven't actually had the work done yet, we are bidding other quotes from people. I don't really have too much to say about it. Part of the reason we only gotten the quote is that I wasn't super happy with the information that they gave us on the process. I felt like I was having a hard time conveying specifically what I was looking for and then the quote that they gave us wasn't really clear they were like on the same pages so we probably not going to wind up going with them. They are not responsive. They are punctual and came when they said they would be. They didn't seem to quite grasp about what we wanted and I felt like I wasn't really able to adequately convey. They were hard to reach and so on and so forth.

We could not have been more disappointed with Munz Construction. Paid a premium to get what we thought would be quality construction. From day one mistakes, up charges and not honoring what was agreed upon. Project Manager (PM) did not have a clue. Kitchen was laid out incorrectly on the first day, back door slider bump out was not centered, new duct work was measured incorrectly, new sink held in place with a screw and wood shim (instead of metal brackets) and new walls were uneven. They did fix some mistakes when called out but it became a joke after awhile how many were made. We were back charged for work on plumbing and charged additional cost to install another slider that was never agreed upon or authorized by us. We chose a less expensive wood floor so we could extend new flooring into the back office which was never honored. They replaced outside siding from a bump out section (where the new slider was installed) with used aluminum siding from another job and didn't credit us anything. They also skimped on the building wrap (tyvek). Painter tried to use the cheapest Home Depot paint. Munz used mostly sub contractors but we did have a few good employees show up to do work at the house and they did show up every day. Never saw the owner once come by the job. I would not recommend this company.

it is possible that the bad weather we are having here in the East has a lot to due with this problem. However the Phones where allways working,and there should have been an explanation call.

Unfortunately the job was not done well because the roof continued leaking. I tried to call them again but my calls went unanswered. I do not wish to use them again in the future, they disappointed me. I had to bring someone else to fix my roof. That said, they were punctual when they came to do the job.

They were very professional, but just priced too high for our price point. I would consider using them in the future, but I don't know if could afford them.

It was a quick job, and Munz was prompt and professional. I was very pleased with their original job in 2007, and equally pleased that they repaired the work under warranty.

My favorite thing about them was that they stood behind their price.

Cleaned gutters. I was not home. They were concerned with coming on the date originally scheduled and I agreed with their recommended date though I would not be at home, hence my limited review.
