Very good experience working with Geno. He came out to look at the job I needed done and within two days he had a written proposal that I couldn't turn down. Had 3 contractors come out before Geno, and his price and proffesionalism were by far better than those other 3. Within 2-3 days after we signed the proposal Geno had a crew member out to start the work at 8 am. By the time I got home from work at 5 pm, all the old capping and siding was down and cleaned up and he had all the new capping and half the new siding up already. The next morning, he showed up again to finish the job and was already done the rest of the project before I even got home. it wasn't a huge job, but I figured it would be at least a week before completion. I was very happy about how fast it was completed, and any mess that was there was cleaned up and gone. If you are looking to get siding done, do yourself a favor and contact Geno first. It will save you a lot of time, money and headaches. I'm going to be getting the back of my house done soon, and without a doubt I will be going with Geno and his crew again. I certainly will consider him as long as I see if his price is on line when I get some other estimates. He was very quick in getting, he showed up exactly on time for the estimate and everything too.

Geno's Siding and Roofing, LLC provided a very competitive price for my gutter install project. My project was unusual that my home required the replacement of several sections of extremely long gutters, which they installed with ease. The professionalism and the quality of the work that Geno and his team performed surpassed my expectations. I plan to engage Geno's for additional projects in the very near future.

What can I say? Geno is absolutely wonderful to work with! His estimate was prompt, his responses are prompt, and his work is excellent. Geno's crew showed up when stated and worked hard. Geno had a worker remove the old roof and Geno and a third worker delivered the materials. Geno told me he would return in two days to install the gutters and he did return on time. Geno is friendly and explains the job. I feel that his pricing is very competitive and his attention to detail is obvious. This is the second time I have hired Geno to perform work, and I will hire him again when I need him. He and his workers cleaned up the area and were courteous and polite.

Everything about Geno's roofing was great. Great communication, punctuality, and quality. I would recommend him to any close family member or friend.

If doing work on your home was this easy with everyone than I'd be much further along on the work on my house. From being 15 minutes early to the estimate to finishing the job by cleaning the place up to being better than it looked when the crew started, working with Geno was excellent. He was prompt in responding to emails. I had gotten a couple estimates where the other contractors encouraged me to get unnecessary work done including replacing my existing fascia with aluminum. Geno was up front and honest and told me that my fascia was not rotted, while new materials exist our fascia was still in good condition. I couldn't be more thankful for his honesty, and we will most definitely use him for all services in the future.

Everything went very well on the project. Adjustments were made to the project while it was going on and it all still went smoothly. We are very happy with the end result. Our home looks like new again and it has a much more modern style to it. The original siding was aluminum that was about 40 years old. We now have the Certainteed Perfection Shingles in charcoal along with GAF Charcoal roof - which looks about 10 times better than the old exterior. We also had a new wider door installed. While you can't tell from the picture, the aluminum trim around the windows is custom bent so it isn't your typical flat & squared look. We are very pleased with how this was done - especially for our bow window. One thing that really helped give the house a modern look was extending the roof on the sides by about 5 inches. This gave us an overhang in areas that were originally just flat. This made a big difference in the overall look of the exterior - for the better. There were also 5 new motion sensor lights installed around the house to help with the security. There were 3 crews that did the work. One crew took care of the roof of the house and shed, while another crew took care of the siding,doors, trim, and lighting. There was another crew that came and installed the gutters in less than 2 hours. Overall, we are happy with the punctuality and sincerity of the workers. Not all of them spoke English, but that didn't matter. They were all polite and did good work. We'd like to give a special thank you to Russel & Arthur for the work they did on the siding and trim work - it is exceptional and we're glad they took the time to make the house look great in the end. The price for the whole project was on the lower end of the estimates we received. We got estimates from 8 different contractors. The deciding factor was Geno's willingness to get the job done right in addition to all the positive reviews on this site - which are will deserved. We recommend Geno's siding to anyone looking to get any exterior work done on their house. I've attached a couple of before and after pictures so you can see for yourself the work that was done.

It went really well. The contractors came out and did a beautiful job on the back of our house and the trim around the windows on the inside of our house. We were very pleased with the work and would hire Geno's again in a heartbeat.

Quick and easy process. Geno installed a new aluminum gutter while I was at work. I came home and everything was good to go!

Guys showed up on time everyday and made sure to cleanup before leaving. Weather was not fully cooperative and they made sure the house was wrapped before leaving in case of rain. Geno was very quick to reply to my emails was friendly and professional. We are very happy with the worked performed and would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

Superb craftsmanship, price and service!! I did not know what to expect on this double "replace the roof and all the siding" job for my large and irregular shaped roof. What also concerned me was the large areas under our eaves that were peeling and looked horrible. After a good assessment of the house, Geno's gave me a great price, started the job promptly and did abeautiful job, despite periods of bad weather. The roofing materials were top quality GAF and the end result is beautiful. The siding looks so good I could kick myself for not doing it sooner. The new white capping has made our house beautiful from every angle. I have already referred two relatives to Geno's. We were thrilled with the final results and with Geno's top quality professionalism. It is very clear that he takes great pride in every job he does.

Geno was responsive to my original request for an estimate. In addition, I appreciated his professional recommendation for replacing our rotten trim and rectifying our woodpecker problem. The white composite-trim looks great and it's maintenance-free. His crew was professional, hard-working and detail-oriented. I recommend you hire Geno and his team for your next project.

I am writing this review because I value responsiveness. When I call someone about a job, I expect a call back. I want to know who does not bother to return calls, because if I saw a review like this I would skip over the contractor and not waste my very limited time contacting them.

We recently had a flat roof replaced (by another company) and in the process a lot of the woodwork and trim needed to be replaced. Some roofers balked at the job being too complex - some general contractors didn't believe it was a big enough job. While it took some time to get into Geno's schedule, we have no complaints about the quality of his work. He gave an honest assessment of what he thought needed to be replaced and picked up all the necessary materials to complete the job (which took the better part of a whole day). He even made a step stool for my toddler ... a nice touch and use of leftover materials. Overall a very pleasant experience. Working with contractors can be a mixed bag. It was more a carpentry job than a roofing job but if you are looking for an honest and fair assessment - give Geno a try.

I am very happy with the work that was done. I had several ?technical difficulties? with my email, one which resulted in my missing my appointment day. Geno was very professional and showed up the following day and completed the work. A professional and friendly contractor who I would recommend to my family and friends, and I plan to use again.

They were on time, did excellent work and was able to answer any of my questions. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I will use them again in the future.

Genius was very professional, courteous and communicated well throughout. Shortly after my purchase, he confirmed acceptance of my proposed work date. I called him the morning of the job and left him a voicemail which he returned within a half hour. He arrived at the time he said he would and was friendly and presentable as a professional should be. We discussed the work to be done and he explained it should take about 2 hours to complete for the size of my roof. I also pointed out some porch roof flashing that was in need of repair and asked if he could do fix it as well. He agreed and began unloading equipment. He got to work quickly and I saw him move to the porch roof when he was done with the main roof. Shortly thereafter he knocked and informed me that he was done with all of the work. I stepped out to visually inspect the porch roof work and it was repaired and quite tidy. I asked how much the extra work would cost me and he responded that there was no additional charge as it was minor and straight forward. He also informed me that the roof was in fairly good condition and the new coating is expected to last about 4 years. When I offered to pay him something for the extra work he refused and said it was not a problem. We shook hands and Geno went on his way. I am very happy with the work, the price and his professionalism and highly recommend him!
