Geno and his crew responded very quickly to my request to install new vinyl siding. I needed to fix the existing gutters as well so they replaced the gutters as well. I appreciate the attention to detail they invested when sealing off the sides. His team furthermore installed a new patio door which was done very well. Geno and his team are listening to your requests and are very pleasant to work with. I can highly recommend him.

I could not have been more pleased with Geno's work. He was prompt, skillful and courteous. The price was the best one quoted. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Geno there was always there when he promised. The site was cleaned when he left. All the little things were done. The house looks 100% better. Excellent job.

I got the Angie's list deal for gutter cleaning. The cleaning was done quickly and well. My only concern was that I felt that I was being upsold on other work that didn't need to be done. The work that was recommended came to $2000 (I asked for and received an estimate in the weeks after the cleaning). I subsequently got another couple of opinions on the recommended work from other providers, both of which said that I didn't need to have the work done. So, my rating of B has to do with the questionable upsell, not the gutter work, which was good.

Geno was on time, quickly completed the work, cleaned up and left with some good suggestions on the maintenance of the roof and gutters, very pleased overall.

They ripped off all the the old aluminum as well as the old and rotting wood was was underneath. They installed new plywood and then all of the siding as well as other additions needed for around the windows and corner. All the windows were re-caulked and the siding was sealed where it met existing siding. Geno's team did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. It looked like they had never been there.

After we set the appointment Geno showed up within the scheduled ime slot. He looked over the property and told me what he was going to do. Some of the windows the caulking was still good and they did not need it. I mentioned a particular spot that was of concern to me ang he assured me it would be taken care of. I wasn't home but my wife mentioned he was extremely professional and clean in his work.

I felt they went above and beyond because they had to get up on a steep roof. They said my roof was in good shape and there was no need to caulk arounf the chimney flashing. They gave me positive advice. They were prompt and cleaned up well.

I cannot compliment Geno and his team more: they were fantastic and they went completely beyond the call of duty. I engaged them twice and, both times, they were on time and paid very particular attention to little details. Additionally, Geno came out each time to review his team's work, get my feedback, and then made sure that they were addressed the next time (and this is not something that I have found with other contractors). I will most definitely work with them again: without a doubt. Because my house was built back in the 1850s, any work to the exterior of the house has to be approved by the Philadelphia Historical Commission, which can be a real nuisance to contractors because the contractor has to first be approved by the Commission and then has to have the work / materials approved as well. Geno spent the time to get everything approved by the Commission: this is a real compliment to them as a company as well as to their work.

Arrived on time and gave estimate. we ended up going with another company who gave a more thorough estimate.

Bought the $99 caulking deal. Call number and left message. Individual returned call within half hour to set up appointment late in the week. Individual arrived on the scheduled date, slightly later than told (about an hour). He inspected areas to be caulked. We asked about covering roofing nails and he was willing to do that as well. We also asked about a concern we had regarding the siding at the back of the house.. He said that he would be able to put capping in that area as well as caulk for additional $40. We thought that was extremely reasonable. He left to purchase siding pieces and returned later that day to do the work. We were not home when he returned b/ all described work was complete.

The provider was on time and worked quickly.

He was great. We called, he came out and it was pretty much right away. Everything he did was good. He was fast and it was a good price.

It went mostly okay. Actually, what they did for me was window caulking. They did that very well. They had them also coat my garage roof. I was not real thrilled with that. It's mostly my fault. They had talked me into using a metallic coating on there. I don't like it. I can see my garage roof from my house. I have to look at that. I hate it. It's blotchy. It's not all nice and even. Besides that, I just hate the way it looks. I wish I had done it in a normal coating. He did call for a followup and I did tell him that I didn't like the way it turned out and I'm sorry I had it done. He said he would come back and re-do it for me at no cost but that was like three weeks ago. I haven't heard anything from him since. I don't know whether he will be back. That would've been nice. I was real hopeful that he would come back and do that for me. I'll wait a couple of more weeks and then maybe I'll give him a call. Other than that, they were both very pleasant young men. I really have no complaints about the work that they did. The big deal for the window caulking was a terrific price because I have a lot of windows. This is the first time that I've used them. They were very amicable people and did a good job on the windows. They were quick. They came when they said they would come. I would recommend them.

The job is not totally completed yet. There's a couple of things I'm going to have him come back and do. What's been done so far, he did excellent work. He did a great job. It looks nice. My wife and I were both pleased with it. He's a good worker. He's a great guy. He had an employee that came with him. I'd recommend them to my neighbors.

Geno and his crew were on time, friendly, professional, highly-skilled and detail-oriented. At the end of the job, they cleaned up after themselves!!! As a licensed general contractor in Philadelphia with a degree in architecture and structural engineering, I was amazed with Geno's efforts and rarely see this caliber of work within Philadelphia. He was very nice and courteous and punctual and very nice. He actually gave me a lot of other contacts. Everything went good and I was very happy with the service and he went above and beyond my expectation. He was very flexible in doing what I wanted. He was very professional. I would use them again.

Everything went great! Geno had 2 workers with him and they were multitasking to get the job done quickly. I am very pleased I choose them to do the job. I originally just purchased the caulking for the windows, but after receiving a quote from Geno for my chimney repair and cost to install a attic fan, I decided to go with him. He was very professional and helpful. He even trimmed some branches off of my house while on the roof and on top of that cleaned out my gutters, at no extra cost! And cleared 2 vents in attic that had old bees nest in as well. You don't get that kind of help everyday. I really appreicate a company that cares about the people they are doing a job for. I like very much how Geno responded to my phone call. Two other companies wouldn't do the work because this wasn't a shingled roof therefore they couldn't guarantee the work, they said. One scheduled an estimate for about 2 weeks after the call. One company about 6 months ago wanted to charge me for this little 7' x 4' (approx.) roof almost the same as I had paid to have the entire flat roof replaced. He was a little late for the estimate appointment, but he provided a very fair estimate and did the work when promised on time and with a 10 year warranty. He's also a very nice person. I would happily use him again or recommend him to others.

Everything in the process was perfect! It's a great customer-friendly company I will highly recommend to all my friends and neighbors. I could make the appointment by email which I like a lot! Geno came as expected and was very friendly, asking if I have more things to do. And even if it was not planned, he indeed helped me with another task (put some gutters rain filters). Everything was done really neatly when he cleaned the gutters! No leaves were left on the ground like other companies do often. He inspected the roof and told me that I have 5 more years to go! I was so relieved. Again, Geno has a strong sense of customer service and I will highly recommend to all my friends and neighbors.

The house is vacant, so when he was doing the work I wasn't there, but even if I was there I don't think he could've done any better. There was some trash outside besides from what he did and he took it away.

I didn't go with the provider simply because I didn't have the funds at the time, though I did think his price was reasonable (it was just more than I could personally afford). Geno was prompt and professional though and I would consider going with him for his services should my financial situation improve.

! I had a quote performed on a Saturday and he was very prompt and very clear on what needed to be done. The work was performed during the week and he even returned on the following weekend to explain some of the roofing details to me. I was very impressed with the everything and would definitely recommend using Geno's again!
