It was great. He was wonderful. He was a very nice guy. He was a great worker. He was very pleasant. He was quick and was in and out with no problems. He is great with communications. I wasn't here when he did the service but my wife was but she said she was very pleasant and professional. He was the best priced.

Never had the service due no response. I called several times trying to make an appointment with no success. Later, I tried calling several times and the phone just rang and rang.

Geno's siding and roofing was a great company to do business with. They set up a timely appt. They rescheduled due to snow. Can't do a good gutter cleaning in the snow. Came out did all the work. I will surely use them again.

Geno was very quick to respond to my request to repair some siding which had come loose. This prevented further damage which would have resulted in a more costly repair. He arrived as scheduled and quoted a fair price to fix the damage. My problem was fixed within an hour. A job done quick, well done and at a fair price. What every homeowner wants when in need of home repair.

Reached out to Geno via Angie's list, he responded quickly and came out the next day for an onsite visit. He was courteous and professional and explained the likely cause of issues and provided a quote if we were to proceed with work. We did not proceed with work due to budget constraints but the experience was very pleasant and would consider for future work.

Geno's replied to my request within one day and the work was performed on my first date request. The gutter cleaning was very good and they cleaned up the ground area. I would recommend this provider.

Ultimately I had to get my money refunded and I wasted almost a month when I could have had my gutters cleaned by gutter guys who I typically use. I feel this is a bait and switch scam. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything

All the work was done as expected. Quickly and professionally. I just did not like the entire morning (9 to 12) as the projected time for service.

Geno and his employee were punctual, professional, and thorough. My gutters were chock full prior to their arrival, so they had their work cut out for them. They cleaned the gutters out nicely and were friendly and professional throughout all of our interactions. I would gladly hire them for more work in the future.

I purchased a deal from angies list to clean my gutters and also a roof inspection using Geno's Siding and Roofing LLC. Geno promptly replied contacting me through angies email service. I gave him the date I wanted and he agreed with no hesitation. He arrived on time and went right to work.. I was happy I used angies list and will contact Geno the next time my gutters need cleaning as he did a great job.

I called Geno's on 11/22/13 because they were on Angie's list and you had listed a special offer, but it did not coincide with what I needed done and so I went to his website to get the phone number and called to learn what Geno's would charge for my larger job. Geno gave me an estimate over the phone and informed me that he could do the gutter and roof cleaning the next day. He asked that i put my information on the form his website provides for requesting estimates, and I asked that he contact me about when he would arrive. He called at 9:00 AM the next morning and arrived at exactly the time he told me that he would. He completed the work swiftly and left everything neat and clean. He even added a "wire ball" (These prevent leaves from getting into the downspout.) at the top of one downspout that has a french drain to prevent that drain getting clogged. He showed me how to determine whether a downspout is clogged. He also answered all my questions very clearly. He is very courteous and professional. I asked him about possible alterations to my gutter downspouts on my studio, where complications of site grade make downspout location difficult. After discussion, we agreed that I should leave the downspout arrangement as is. What is important about this is he did not try to sell me more work, which is what the company I used last year did try. His price was $10 less than what he quoted over the phone and just over half of what I had been charged for the same job last fall. I would definitely recommend Geno's Siding and Roofing to someone else..

He was prompt, courteous, and extremely thorough, and impressed me as very honest. He was here quite a while. He sealed all the cracks around my windows and doors, underneath the siding out front (where there was a half inch gap at the stone fascia, which always bothered me since it was done about 5 yrs ago), and made sure the roof was ok. He gave advice where needed. I would not hesitate to use Geno or refer him to others.

I purchased a deal to caulk windows. I did not need windows caulked but had some big gaps between my siding and stucco. I didn't even have to contact the contractor. He contacted me and came the next day and caulked all the gaps around the house. He even replaced a piece of siding that came off during a storm. I will definitely use this contractor again. Very polite and professional.

Geno's Siding was the 5th company we had out to estimate siding for our large Victorian home. We had given up hope as the other companies, including big names in home services, were overpriced and/or unresponsive. We had joined Angie's List toward the end of our search so we decided to try calling one more company. We called Geno. He answered the phone directly and was out the next day estimating our home. He had an estimate to us within 24 hours and it is was the most reasonable we had received. Additionally, he was very responsive to questions and provided references which we could go see and speak to. Ultimately we decided on Geno's company. Our home is very large and was in dire need of exterior renovation. Geno started his work promptly estimating the entire job would take two weeks. His crew was here early every morning and worked through the entire day. They were pleasant and very knowledgeable. As anyone who owns an old house knows, things are not always straight and level. You would never guess looking at our house now it looks amazing. People walking by stop and tell us how beautiful it is. Two of my neighbors are also using his service after seeing how beautiful a job they did. I could not be more pleased with the work done. All I can say is the group that worked on our home were not just siding contractors they were craftsmen that took pride in their work and it shows!!! We will definitely use Geno again in the future!!!

They came out and sided our entire home. The workers that worked on our house started early everyday weather permitting and they were very professional. We have had numerous compliments from our neighbors on the work. The owner Geno, came out and checked on the work and showed interest in the job. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Geno contacted me within 24 hours of ordering the "Deal". I have never done this before and gave him three dates that were one,two, and three weeks from the communication expecting him to counteroffer on the dates. He said he'd be out on the first date I gave him between noon and two PM. At noon he came to my house. My flat roofs are on the back portion of the house but he had already gone on Google map and knew exactly where the roofs were. The rest of my house is shingled. Unfortunately, in-spite of the weather predication being for a nice day, as we stood there discussion the roofs, it started to drizzle. I felt bad but Geno said "No problem". At about 9:30 this morning, Geno arrived and did a wonderful job on my roofs. I will hand out his business card willingly. He did an excellent job in a timely manner. I highly recommend Geno's Siding & Roofing LLC.

When Geno arrived,he said that my windows were in good condition. He was honest!! I took his card and I will use his services in the future. I really appreciated his integrity.

Everything went well -- from the initial contact with the roofer to the completion of the job. Geno looked at the job, e-mailed me a contract, and gave me time to consider other contacts. There was no pressure to sign on the dotted line immediately. The workers arrived on time and worked consistently to complete the job. They were courteous and considerate in responding to whatever questions or comments I had about the work. Afterwards, they cleaned up and were on their way.

Geno and his crew were great. Everyone showed up every time they said they would. They are hard workers. Any questions I had were responded to quickly. Geno even responded to an email while he was out of the country! They were all friendly, professional and meticulous. Their attention to detail was impressive. They removed the existing siding and 2 levels of wood shakes as well as the gutters, downspouts, window cappings, soffit, and fascia. They replaced any rotted wood. They insulated the house and installed new siding. They re-wrapped the windows with aluminum trim coil. They installed new gutters and downspouts. I purchased this house in June and basically everything had been done wrong. I didn't realize how poorly it was done until seeing it now. It looks absolutely amazing. Knowing that it was done right (& looks great) was worth every penny. I am no longer in fear of a strong wind blowing the siding off of my house anymore either! I would use them again in a second. Too bad they don't do interiors.

Geno and coworker did the three items above in one day to resolve problems with leaking. Work was completed clean and on-time. No problems at first, then with a driving rain there was a small leak. He came out and re-did some of the caulking in a couple of weeks - no problems since.
