Went great! Geno came to the house and looked at the job before scheduling. He suggested cancelling the first appointment because the forecast ws for rain and he was concerned that the roof wouldn't be dry enough for the material to adhere properly. He was very responsive to my concerns. On the day the job was scheduled he called to alert me of a delay because of because of traffic. Arrived, introduced himself and got right to work. Did the job as requested, very efficiently and cleaned up nicely.

Everything went exactly as planned - no hitches at all. Naturally, like probably everyone else on Angie's List, we were wary of trying someone new, but this experience was probably one of the best we've had with contractors - and we have lived in our house and hired contractors off and on for the last forty years. Geno was prompt, came when he said he would, followed up to see how things were going - everything you want in a contractor. We couldn't believe the attention to detail. Things I hadn't even noticed, like the bases for our outside light fixtures, were replaced with bases that actually matched with the siding color. Our crumbling, plastic roof vents were also replaced - what a difference a small thing like this can make! We were amazed by the work ethic of his two-man crew. Came exactly at 8:00 a.m. and put in 11-hour days for about 12 days. At the end of every day, all debris was picked up and taken away. We are extremely happy with the way this project turned out!

I contacted Geno from Angie's list of local roofers in Abington, PA. He personally answered the phone when I called and we arranged for him to see the roof the next day. He emailed me a quote in less than 2 days. He was able to work with me on the price and we scheduled the first warmest day to do the job on April 1st. Geno arrived promptly and true to his word, the work was done beautifully and cleanly. I didn't even know they were there when I got home from work. He provided a warranty and paid in full receipt. I would highly recommend Geno. He did eveyrthing he said he want. More importantly, he personally answered the phone and/or called me right back each time I called him. It took another roofer 5 days to provide a quote and by then GEno had seen my roof, provided a fair estimate and scheduled a day for installation!

They were very prompt doing the work and they also gave an estimate. They finished the work within the time period they indicated. In general, they are pretty good workers. In their price, compared to some places, they were higher. I also use them for drain cleaning.

What a load off my mind. No more |Sunday afternoon phone calls about a leaking roof.

I sumitted a request for quote on Genos website and quickly received a call. He came out on a Saturday to give me a quote, and I felt his pricing was very fair. The roof was currently leaking, and Geno was able to come out quickly to get the work done. Communication was always prompt, friendly and professional. The end result was service that was fast, high quality, and fairly priced. What more can you ask for? Even though this was a relatively small job, I never felt like he treated it as such. He even replaced a small area of rotted wood at no additional charge. I will definitely use him again!

I called Geno and left a message on his answering service and he call right back. Geno came down to my house the next day. He spent about ten mins on my roof and came down and explained that my roof needed a new rubber roof and sky-lite. We agreed on a the price and made a date to install it. He came back a few days later and broke up the existing ice that was still on my roof. We then agreed that it was to cold to install the new rubber roof and we should wait till the temperature was above 36 degrees. He did come back on the 9th of March and install it. Gino came with another worker at 8:30 am and got to work immediately. He completed the job by 2:30PM. I was very impressed by Geno, he was very Polite and respectful. When I was concerned about the temperature he didn't push to get the job done that day he agreed with me. That is very rare today. Geno is a very old school young man. I will recommend Geno to my family and friends.

My first call was a voice mail to Geno. I received a return call within 20 minutes. I explained our problem and he offered to come out right away to check it out. Problem at the time was we had just had lots of inches of snow (on the roof and on the ground) but he came out anyway, looked things over and made his recmmendations - with the stipulation that work could only be done when weather cooperated. Took a few weeks until we had a 50 degree weather and no snow but we kept in touch about once a week until it was good to go. Geno called me unexpectedly the day before doing the job, asked if I'd be ok with him doing the job the next day (Saturday) and of course I said "yes". He told me he'd be out between 8 am and 8:30 and was right on time. He waited until his assistants arrived, began the work, worked until about 4pm and completed the job. Roof was capped, siding matched great, nothing left behind. Geno was very professional, easy to talk to, explained what was need and what would be done and was true to his word to get the job accomplished as promised. Definitely would hire him again.

Not well. Two young men went on my roof with a garbage bag, stayed up there for ten min. and came down with a small bag of debris. They were not professional and I had no feedback from them regarding the condition of my roof or gutters. Update- In response to your comment. I called to have my gutters cleaned because I noticed during a huge rain storm that my front gutters were overflowing due to them being clogged and not flowing down the rain spout. I have no trees hanging over my roof but many within reach that deposit debris in my gutters.When previous gutter cleaning was done it was checked by runnng water down the rain spout to ensure the spout wasnt clogged. The young worker made no comment as to the condition of my roof or chimney flashing. At the time the work was done my husband had just died and I did not know who he had hired to clean our gutters and that is why I contacted your company.

It was great. He did it right away, I didn't have to wait. There were no additional costs.

It went well. We set up a time for him to do the work. He met with me, was very professional and well-informed, and did the work. I had had some water seeping very slowly into my dining room that I thought was from a plumbing fixture. It stopped after he coated the roof, which made me very happy as well. He made an appropriate referral for a possible gutter issue. Let him know in advance of any trouble spots so he can see if prep work needs to be done. I will definitely hire him again.

Geno was a professional from start to finish. I noticed a small hole in my siding, and at least one squirrel had already taken up residence. I emailed Geno on a Sunday, and by Monday at 5pm he was at my house looking at the issue and discussing options. There was no attempt to push me to repair more than necessary. He assured me that the two siding panels could be replaced, he would assess the conditions behind once he took off the siding, and we could discuss. While he was there, I asked him to give me some costs on caulking windows, putting in a soffit under my bay window, and capping all of the wood window trim that was peeling and eventually going to rot. Never once did I feel like Geno tried to sell me something I did not want or need. He thanked me for calling, and within 2 hours of him leaving my house I have a through and detailed estimate addressing everything we discussed. I decided to go with him and could not have been happier. He scheduled all of the work within 48 hours, called me while he was there doing work to assure me that there was no damage from the squirrels, and reported on their work. He required no payment in advance. He called to say they were done, wanted me to come home and look over everything, and THEN leave payment for him to pick up. He was completely professional, there was no sign of his crew being at my home, except for the work they completed (no trash, debris, NOTHING left behind). I have recommended Geno to several friends since he completed the work. I would not hesitate to call him ONLY if the need arises to have further exterior work done on my home.

The provider was very professional. He showed up when he promised, promptly cleaned my gutter, showed me the debris and carefully cleaned up.

The best...bar none. I took advantage of a promotion and then paid for extras which were clearly not included but that I wanted anyway. He told me he would be able to get to the siding in a few weeks which I took as a good sign that he was working continuously. His crew came to our house when they said they would and worked sun-up to sun down. No lie. Professional, and responsive when I had questions. But there weren't many questions. These guys were just very good at what they do. My house looks great and my wife is happy...which is the important thing.

The experience was excellent. I called several siding companies Geno was the only company that called me back. Geno came to my house and evaluated the job. He was on time for our appointment. He kept his words. He said he will emailed me a proposal in 24 hours and I had the proposal before 24 hours. The gentlemen Geno assigned to do the job was timely. They were at my home before I left for work at 7:30am. The workers (I forget their names) left my property clean the days they worked at my property. I had a small complaint from my neighbors regarding the workers moved trash cans in next neighbor's yard. I received complements from my neighbors the work looks very nice. My overall experience was excellent, excellent and excellent. I will use this company again and refer the company to family and co-workers.

I was contacted within 24 hours of buying the deal. Because the snow and ice were a factor I was told they would come as soon as the weather permitted. On the first nice day after the snow cleared a crew showed up, cleaned the gutters, and left without incident or mess. They were friendly and professional. They were careful and had us move our cars to avoid leaves and debris falling on them - very considerate. I will use them again.
