Geno was very professional and helpful. His team of workers were professional, clean and respectful of the property. I would recommend and use his services again.

About 1 year ago, I had leaks under two windows in my house, and Geno recommended replacing both windows and installing a soffit. I thought the problem went away, but it turned out that in the case of driving rain one window still leaked. I called Geno and he came back out. He couldn't see what the problem was, and thought it was the masonry. I called a mason, and he said it was the window, so Geno came back and tried recaulking it. There was still an intermittent leak. Geno came back again, and tested the window with a hose, and found that it was definitely the window... so he replaced the whole thing again. It turned out that the window (Camelot) had water inside it... a faulty window. At this point I should have had to go through the warranty process, but Geno didn't bother - he just paid to replace the thing. It's taken me a long time to write this review because I wasn't sure that replacing the window was going to fix the leak... but it has. And I give Geno a lot of credit for continuing to come back and fix it when I'm sure any other contractor would have just stopped returning my phone calls. I'm afraid that he probably lost money with all the return trips, but he was always friendly about it, and he lived up to his word of never forgetting his customers. Thanks Geno!

Geno and his team were great. Staring with the initial consult, Geno walked the house with me as I explained what I needed done. He provided me with solutions and offered menu siding choices. Once we agreed on the siding, Geno took all his measurement, and sent me a quote a day or so later. Very responsive! The team came out on the agreed upon day and were prompt. This was a two day job. They were meticulous with clean-up! The siding looks wonderful. Great job!

Geno was a pleasure to work with. He understood what needed to get done and the urgency. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Showed up as promised, but never followed up with estimate.

This was a great experience. Contacted Geno on 7/8/14 and promptly rec'd a response. An appt. to obtain and estimate was made for 7/9/14. Geno showed up when expected and said that he had the supplies he needed on his truck and he could just do the job then. The price was completely fair. On top of being prompt, professional and fair, we ran into a situation where both vents had baby birds inside. Geno was concerned and caring about removing the birds safely. We now have 9 baby birds that we're hand feeding until they're ready to return to the outdoors. The job was done perfectly. I would not hesitate to use Geno again or to refer him to friends.

A few weeks ago, a portion of our drip edge flashing pulled away from the roof. Due to the fact that we have a two story house, we weren't comfortable or safe with doing the repair ourselves. As the flashing was protecting the facia wood, fortunately, it was more a cosmetic repair that a short term delay would not cause problems. We first reached out to a roofer, as that was the most logical route, but they were friendly and advised us that for the job we needed, a handyman could take care of the repair more cheaply than they would be forced to charge. We then found a handyman through Angie's s shop deals but the company (Fidelity Home Management), Though they do not provide that type of service work, they referred us to Geno's Siding & Roofing who said would provide a free estimate, and if we were happy with the price, would take care of the repair the same day. Unfortunately, They did not make it out on Monday, which was the original scheduled day, due to work they needed to complete on another job. Due to a miscommunication, somehow they did not have our home number, but we did touch base later on Monday, and they agreed to come out the next day around 2:00. They wound up coming earlier then stated on Tuesday, and were did a great job with replacing the flashing which had since totally fallen off. They also reinforced the existing flashing, and checked the other areas of the roof to make sure that flashing in those areas were secured properly. They gave us a fair price, and even came down a little due to our tight budget. They were extremely polite, apologized for not being able to come out on Monday,. and I feel they did a very professional job with the repair. I would definitely call on them again, and recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work.

The service man showed up on time and replaced more siding than I expected. "He wanted things to match" The price paid was low but the service was high. I will defiantly use this contractor again.

Geno was great to work with. He was prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend him. I love the siding. The color he recommended for the siding was exactly what I wanted and it really looks beautiful. Geno and his crew did a great job.

Geno's price was the lowest of the 9 estimates I received, which I was happy about of course. I appreciated his honesty and quick response with any questions I had. I have no complaints about the work or the products and would definitely use him again. Thank you!!!

I had a brand new roof installed last summer by another contractor. It started leaking during the first major storm. The contractor came back a few times but couldn't fix it and started to blame my neighbor's roof for it (I have a townhouse adjacent to two other houses on both sides). I went back and forth for a long time with the contractor but couldn't get any resolution for it. Geno came and immediately noticed the issues with installation. He explained clearly to me what went wrong and also showed examples in my neighborhood where it was done properly. He did not push for a complete replacement of my new roof, like other contractors have done. Instead he recommended a fix, which could be done by either him or the original contractor. I went with him as I did not trust it would be easy resolution with the original contractor and I just needed to have it fixed to avoid further damages. Geno was always on time, polite and professional. After the work, he did not collect his dues until after another major storm. I am very happy with the job done and would highly recommend him.

Geno was very responsive. I called about 2 weeks before the service was completed to request a quote. He arrived exactly when he said and checked the roof and skylight. He took pictures of the roof and explained its current condition. In about 2 days I had a full quote for the removal of the old roof and replacement. We found the price extremely competitive. We sent the signed quote back and communicated mostly by email after that. Our first date for the installation was rained out so he quickly contacted me with another date. The installation took about a day and was very smooth. We are very pleased with the work done and his professionalism. We will have in back in a few weeks to seal some windows and silver coat the new roof.

Gino contacted me and we made arrangements for the cleaning. Although that day there was heavy rain Gino showed up and did an excellent job in cleaning my gutters. I will hire him again

I called Geno to give me an estimate on my roof. It had been 4 years since I had it coated and with all the bad weather I thought there had to be some damage. He responded immediately and came by to have a look. He went up and inspected my roof and took pictures. While he was up there he removed debris from my gutters. He told me my roof was good, showed me pictures, was very nice and professional and started to leave. I then asked could he remove some old awnings around my porch and repair loose siding. He responded with an estimate the next day and showed up when he said he would. His workers were great and did the work in no time. I am very pleased with how he runs his business and how well the work was done. Oh guess what, he's coming back to do more work on my gutters. As long as he is in business, I feel at ease to call him to do the job. Highly recommended.

Geno was very very responsive. The work was scheduled very quickly and performed very promptly and professionally. We were thrilled with the results and with Geno's professionalism--it was evident that he takes pride in his business. I'd highly recommend him to others (and already have).

Geno came to the house, helped me figure out a way to do minimal investment in the siding since we were planning to sell. He couldn't actually repair the siding as I'd hoped, because it had been poorly done prior and wasn't to code; the siding pieces weren't overlapping properly and there were small gaps where the insulation underneath was exposed. Instead, we'd need to redo the back wall of the house in order to get it to code. He said he could match close to the color if we did just that one wall it would look ok, and he gave me a quote for that wall only as a conservative approach. He was very willing to work with me to get the house in sellable shape, but not overdo the work that wasn't necessary. He also said that if we decided not to do the work, no problem, we could get a refund for the $99 promotional deal for fixing the siding. We ended up being able to sell the home as-is, and so I decided not to do the work. I found Geno very honest and helpful. I did give his information to the next home owner should they choose to address the siding.

No services were performed. A few months ago I was getting estimates for installing tube skylights and decided not to go with this company. Apparently I hurt Geno's feelings by not calling him back and telling him this (as far as I know I am not obligated to call back every company I contact and inform them of the status of my decision-making). I called more recently to ask about a roof leak unrelated to the tube sklights, and because of my previous transgression he has refused to do business with me. I cannot understand the volume of positive reviews about this company.

They did a great job. They did the job while we work at work and it was nice that we did not have to be at home while they were there. They came right out as soon as the weather allowed. They were good about communicating with us. They got the job done in under 2 hours. They also cleaned up thoroughly.

Geno's roofing was excellent to work with. No delays and no excuses. From the first appointment to give an estimate to the day the work was done, Geno was always on time for appointments and was very responsive to any emails and phone calls. The work was done well within the estimated timeframe and they did an excellent job fixing the issue causing the roof leak and also in installing the new flat roof. I would use Geno's roofing in the future and would recommend them to others.

Geno provided a detailed estimate for the work to be done. He arrived on time and I felt the worker took time to do a good job.. I was very happy with the end result and they cleaned up everything before they left. I would definitely use his services again if needed and would recommend him to others

He was professional when he came down, and I felt he was honest in his estimation. I appreciate him coming out to look at the job and I would call them again in the future.
