after I placed a call for estimate, Geno, the owner was at my house the following day to assess my needs and I had the proposal sent to me within a few days. The job was delayed a little because the siding had to be ordered. The workers were at my house, everyday, before their start time. They worked from 8AM till it got too dark to work, stopping to take a small break.Many days they worked under very cold conditions. Their workmanship was awesome. There were some things on the proposal that werent done as stated and I contacted Geno with my concerns. He came right over to my house to answer my questions. They worked till dark the last day of the job and because of that their "clean up" wasnt as good as could be. Although they were supposed to use a magnet to pick up loose nails I found about 20 nails in the ground the next day. I called Geno and he sent a guy out the next day to go around and pick up nails. he and I found about 50 more and since then I have found about 10 more. This was a little concerning as my son's dog is over a lot and runs in my yard plus I have a grandson who plays in the yard. I would advise trying to put some tarp down on the ground to try to prevent this problem. Geno was always prompt, considerate and concerned about me as a homeowner. He does his best to make the customer happy. I would definitely use him again, and after the job was done, I had him come back and install vinyl shutters for me.

They company never called me when they said they would so I did not end up using the big deal.

I saw Geno's rave reviews on Angie's List. I hesitated sending a message through Angie's List messaging service thinking the job might be to small to generate any interest. Geno responded very quickly, was very gracious, wrote back that he'd be happy to help me out. He asked me to txt several photos of the problem which I did. He sent me a very reasonable estimate for the job and did the repairs in about 1 week's time as scheduled and on budget. It looks great and he certainly lives up to the rave reviews. I'd use him again in a minute and like many others on Angie's List, recommend him highly.

Geno and his staff were very professional & customer focused. They welcomed my presence during the project and quickly addressed all of my questions throughout the enitre process. My house looks 100% better with the new siding and I've received lots of compliments from friends, nieghbors and family members. Geno responded by e-mail almost immediately after I bought the deal on Angie's List. He came to measure on Tuesday, Sept. 30, ordered the windows from his supplier, and installed them on October 23. The windows look beautiful and will look even better when some rotted molding on one of the windows is replaced and all the painting in the large room is complete. The windows are a huge improvement to this refurbished "attic space," in terms of comfort and aesthetics. I have had a few questions since the installation and Geno has responded very quickly. For quick response, efficient service, and excellent workmanship, Geno is the man to hire!

Geno was the only one who responded immediately to our cry for help with our leaking walls. He went after work hours to seal all suspicious spots and rescued our new installed wood floors .Thanks a lot, Geno!

Geno was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely responsive and communicative. I told him I was looking to have the work done as soon as possible. He came out a couple days later on a Saturday to see the house and sent me a proposal and estimate the very next day. I approved the proposal right away and he said he would get the work done as soon as his schedule permitted, which he indicated would be 1 to 2 weeks out. He ended up doing the work just 4 days later. His installer was very friendly and courteous, and Geno came out personally before end of day to inspect the work and finish up with me. Am very happy with quality of work. Geno kept in contact with me via text message throughout the entire process from estimate to work completion. Really appreciated his commitment to customer service, I know a lot of contractors who could benefit from his positive example. Obviously, I highly recommend Geno and his team.

Geno was great! He worked with my fluctuating schedule, stayed in touch and then did a nice repair on my siding. I'll definitely call him if I need help with the siding again.

I called Geno and he answered right away on his cell phone. We set up an appointment and he texted me a confirmation. When he came out, he was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We have not gotten the work done at this point, but if we do, we would definitely use Geno .

Overall I was very pleased with my experience working with Geno's. It was very easy for me to schedule the appointment for the guys to come out and do the work. I set up the appointment via email and the person doing the scheduling was courteous and very prompt in responding. The crew came out to my house on time and did the work quickly. My only complaint is that they told me that I actually needed to have the box at the top of the downspout replaced, but that they couldn't do that on that day and I would have to reschedule. That was a little bit annoying since that meant the work they did to reconnect the downspout was only a temporary fix to a larger problem. But I liked them so I will call them back out to finish the rest of the job.

The workers did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves well. They did not even kill my flowers. I was very impressed. On the last day they worked until 10 PM to finish. They are really hard working eastern European men. Geno was great to work with and came out to the job himself. I would hire him again.

We have done business with Geno before and like this time it was exceptional. This time we met him at our other property to hand him the key so he could install windows, new roof, siding and fixed a fire damaged porch. We thought he was only there to pick up the key but to our surprise and delight, he would be installing the windows; he was done in no time that day. We left him the key and would expect that the following week he would be doing the rest of the work; he did it all that weekend and with exceptional quality. In my previous review I expressed what a pleasure it is to do business with Geno and this time he did not disappoint, he actually exceeded expectation.

Geno came himself to meet with us and review our options. He took his time explaining everything he would do and promised an estimate within a few days. The estimate was detailed, and while it wasn't the lowest one we received, I had a feeling that Geno was genuine, sincere and truly wanted to work with us to make our 1950s home look new again. After the estimate came, I had asked for an upgraded garage door and bathroom windows (which I had not originally included) -- not a problem. The work started on time and continued every day until it was done. Geno's men put in 10-12 hour days and barely took a break for lunch. My husband is a (retired) professional carpenter and knows good work when he sees it. He found Geno's crew to be "excellent mechanics." Our broken garage door was replaced first -- what a change already! The house needed 23+ windows -- no small job. Geno had recommended energy efficient windows which will give us with a tax credit. We had 4 large panels of patio glass across the back of the house. A new two-door patio door was installed and the wall was closed up where the side panels of glass had been. Rotted wood at the eaves and various areas around the house was removed and replaced. The new storm door was installed. Our old siding was removed and insulation and siding was installed. With the exception of the gutters, the job took 6 days. Each day the crew cleaned up their work and the grounds entirely. The men were careful with our property, very courteous, and more than willing to answer any questions or we had as they worked. On the last day Geno came to see if everything was done properly -- it was. I did not have one single concern about any of the work done -- when the job was finished, it was finished. No followup. I think I'm very particular and I can honestly say this job was done by people who took pride in doing a good job and who cared about making the homeowner proud of their home.

The gentleman was prompt, did a thorough job, and charged a fair price for the service.

The job was absolutely perfect, I am 100% satisfied with the workmanship. Gino started the job a few days after the contract was signed, never asked for upfront money and did a lot of extra work on rotted structural members that needed to be replaced at no extra cost. He and his workers were totally courteous and professional, the attention to detail was exceptional, every minute detail of the job was made perfect before they left the job. The work is absolutely flawless. I look at it every day and just say WOW!!! what a beautiful job. You won't find another contractor who will perform any better than this in my opinion. He was also the cheapest of 3 estimate had received. Great company.

This young man had a rain delay so he called me and told me the problem and said he would be a couple of days late which was understandable. He let me know everything he was going to do. He did everything he said he would do. The work looks great and I was totally happy with the job. They even cleaned up all their mess. They worked all day and did not even stop to eat until after 4 in the afternoon. I had never used Angies list before but I will always use them now after this great experience

They did great work. They even did some extra work for me, at no charge. The only downside of this job, was a communication error. I did not know exactly when they were going to come to my house. Other than that the job was great.

Geno was awesome. He did the roofing himself. I took him a little longer than he thought, but he spent the time and did it right. Some siding around the portico was damaged from the previous home owner and Geno replaced it for minimal cost. All the way around he did an excellent job and I will use him for all of my roofing and siding work in the future.

Contractors came on time, were polite and did a great job. There was no additional cost when they had to get more materials.

As Angie?s List has advised, we got at least three bids but we also remembered it?s best to deal with the owner of the company. We were impressed with speaking with Gino, the owner of Gino?s Siding & Roofing LLC. His ability to be mindful of the dozens of measurements on our 800 Sq. foot job -- without having to tediously roll out a tape measure ? that impressed us. Gino?s was not the lowest estimate we received but he included everything we wanted plus he offered the longest guaranty ? 10 years. And he gave us an Angie?s List discount of 5 percent. He offered the thickest siding (.046) without our asking and with no cost increase. Also we chose the Dutch lap because siding with the additional folds in it increases its strength. Gino?s is one of the List?s foremost contractors and certainly deserving of Honor Roll status. His crew arrived at the time promised and set to work, cleaning carefully after they completed with obvious pride in their work. Gino supervised each major phase of the work, promptly returned our phone calls and was a pleasure to work with as was his very courteous crew.

My company flips homes and I can count on three fingers how many times I have gotten such a quick and efficient response to a quote. Geno called back immediately and with pictures and some information that I provided him he gave me a quote on the spot! We ended up having to reschedule on our part with Geno and that usually does not go well with a contractor (understandably so) but he graciously set up another date. They showed up on time and got the work done with no issues. The work is first class and we are very happy with the overall results. We will use Geno for all of our siding and roofing needs in the future!!! With the hassle of getting sub-contractors to be efficient and dependable Geno is a god send!
