Geno's Siding and Roofing did an excellent job on replacing our whole house siding and gutters. We felt very satisfied! Geno is a honest and professional manager. He is an expert in this field. The estimate is in detail, reasonable, and with 10 years warranty. The crews are responsible, hard work, and have excellent skills. They arrived on time and worked whole day on the project. They carefully cleaned up around the house at the end of every working day. Geno's Siding & Roofing LLC deserves the ?Super Service Award? of Angie's List. We highly recommend Geno's company.

I called and left a message and never heard back from them.

I had received a quote from Geno on reattaching my siding that had came off during a wind storm. Also, I noticed apart of my wood on my roof is rotted when the siding had came off at certain spots. I asked Geno for a quote and he stopped by to take a peak and gave me a quote a few days later through email. I requested for a more detail quote because my insurance needs a more detail report than what he had given me. I never received that after a few requests. Then, Geno told me that he can't reattach my awning when he takes it off. Which is understandable, he's not an awning guy. I had to search for a responsible awning company to take it off and reattach it. A few weeks I found one near by. I recontacted Geno about it and he replies saying he will not be back until the 19th to give me a more updated quote. Well, today is the 28th and I have yet to hear back from Geno. I'm not saying his work is bad, how could I? I haven't had any work done by Geno. I just go by, the way you respond and tell a prospected customer that you'll contact them back and you didn't. It just shows that on the work performed, too. If you can't follow-up to a simple quote through email, how can you follow-up to work being done. That's just my point of view in general with every thing. I will not hire Geno or plan to. UPDATE 5-28-2015: This man finally replies to me and this is his message and I quote since I am copying and pasting the message in the email. The service was excellent and our gutters no longer leak. Geno answered emails quickly, was on time for service and then did a follow up call to check if we were satisfied with the job! Yard was also completely clean of any construction debris. We highly recommend Geno's Siding and Roofing. A very good experience.

Geno came out to our house to discuss replacing the roof and windows. He was on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Geno took the time to discuss in detail the concerns about the roof and windows, and shared his recommendations for how to fix the problems. He provided a detailed written estimate the same day, and encouraged me to reach out with additional questions. Geno's pricing was competitive.

Our house is 19 years old. We noticed a lot of people replacing their roof in our development. Our roof started to leak around one of the vent pipes. We had no other problems and I didn't think it was time to replace the whole roof. My concern was getting someone to look at it and try to sell me a roof if I didn't need it. I called two roofers on Angie's list to get their opinions and an estimate. Geno came out on the first Saturday after we called. He did an inspection and immediately determined that the problem was the old cracking capping around the vent pipes. He suggested that we replace all 4 caps at one time. He said they usually only last about 10 years. The price for one was $175.00 or all four for $430.00. The decision was easy as they would all start leaking soon. I found out my next door neighbor was having the same problem. I contacted Geno and he said he would do both houses at the same time and do it for $400.00 each. He came out when scheduled and completed the job in about one hour and then did the next door neighbor in about the same time for the agreed upon price. We did get the estimate from the other contractor and he did not try to sell us a roof saying we only needed the caps. He was about $40.00 more than Geno and he also offered the two house discount. He didn't do estimates on Saturday so by Monday when he came I already knew the neighbor wanted to do the job also. Geno offers a 2-year warranty, the other company only offered 1 year. Geno did not require any money down, the other company wanted half the money when the agreement was signed. In this case we just went with the better deal and we are totally satisfiied with the work. In the future if we need a new roof I will certainly be contacting Geno.

This man Geno is the real deal. He does business the old fashioned way with customer satisfaction at the top of his list. I am so sold on this company that I am soliciting my neighbors to contract Geno to replace our roofs when needed over the next few years. This is a person and a company you can trust.

Replied to all emails promptly and professionally. Company was on time for the work, did not make a mess or get in the way of my everyday life, and cleaned everything up upon leaving. Left us a note that they'd email the pictures of completed work in a day or so, and did that as promised. I'd use them again and/or recommend.

Geno got in touch with me within 24 hours of first phone call and was great with the scheduling. His crew arrived on time and got right to work. They tore off the old roof and installed new shingles, step flashing, new attic fan and cut a hole in the bathroom ceiling to put in a 10" solartube skylight. They finished the entire job in 10 hours and cleaned up our property and the neighbors driveway and steps. Geno and his crew were excellent from start to finish. The price was thousands less than the other contractors we had contacted, and he was using the same brand shingles. We very highly recommend Geno's Siding and Roofing to our neighbors.

Geno responded to my request for an estimate very quickly. We scheduled a date for very soon after I contacted him and he came out on time. Geno was very kind and professional. When he looked at my home he advised a different course of action and recommended I choose a specialist to perform the work (stucco repair.) He also gave me some advice on how the work should be properly performed. If I need roofing work done in the future, I will have no problems calling Geno. I am very appreciative of his honesty and integrity as well as his helpful advice.

It went very well. The roofing crew arrived early. I offered to stay at the house if they needed and the roofer I spoke to kindly declined. I had a leak prior to the job and it was gone ever since Geno's Siding and Roofing installed my new roof.

Geno came out to the house and was very cordial and informative. He gave us a fair price for the work that we had done and the proposal was very detail oriented. His crew was very professional and they cleaned up after themselves and took away all of the debris. We also asked him to check our flat roof, which is 10 years old, and he stated that it just needed some minor repairs. He even took photos of the roof so that we could see what needed to be done. We will be hiring him again to do these repairs.

The installation went very well, the guys were very professional, they took their time and did the job right, they cleaned up after themselves and even provided me with one frosted window for my bathroom because they noticed that I the previous one was frosted. I love all my windows and can not wait to save enough money to get the rest of my windows upgraded. With these new windows I can already feel the difference in my rooms and now my heat does not have to be so high even during this snow storm! I would absolutely used this company again and recommend them to anyone looking to get windows installed. Thank you so much Geno!!

I called for an estimate and talked directly with Geno. He came out the next day to look at the job. I received an estimate the next evening. It wasn't really an estimate, but a guarantied price. Compared to other estimates it was very reasonable. I liked Geno from the start and have learned to trust my instincts. They started the job the week he said they would and worked every day except Sunday till finished. Geno's crew were well seasoned professional installers who worked from sunup to sundown. They also cleaned up the yard every night before leaving. Geno came the last day to install the shutters and to do the final cleanup. I am very happy with the work they did, and have received many compliments on the siding. Overall it was a great experience with no problems or issues to deal with. A job like this could be a nightmare if you get the wrong company. I'm glad there are still honest contractors out there, thanks Geno. And thanks Angie's list.

The work was finished in one day. Everything looks great. Geno and his crew were professional. Geno is very amiable. We are happy with the work.

Yesterday they stopped by to get the measurements. I was very satisfied that they came on a Sunday which worked well with my schedule, the guy that came was on time and very pleasant. I look forward to them installing my new windows.

Gino contacted me promptly and scheduled the work to be done within a week of the first call. He performed the job exactly as described. He was happy to explain to me what had been wrong with my old roof, and how to maintain the new one so that it would last longer.
