Excellent!! Same day response. Fast and very reasonable but most importantly they repaired my chimney cap and did not try to upsell. Given the technicians level of professionalism I would absolutely recommend this company if any of my neighbors or friends needed their services.

I received a call the same day I submitted a job on Angi. They installed a rain cap on a chimney 2 days later. EO was easy to communicate with.

They sent a very inexperienced service repair man to my house to evaluate my fireplace. He had no idea how to even remove the glass front. He spent ten minutes at the house and said he did not know what was wrong but we could try to install a blower. I said ok and would await the estimate. Right after he left I was hounded for two hundred dollars for the service call although he did absolutely nothing during the service call. I agreed to pay the service fee with the promise they would send over an estimate for the repair. They sent two with one being thousands of dollars and the other being less than one thousand dollars. I had to confirm which one was correct which even after confirming there seemed to be uncertainty on the part of the customer service rep. They set up a day in which the blower would be installed. The installer never showed. When I called they said he forgot his tools and would return the following Monday. The following Monday a different installer showed up who had no information from the previous person who came for the service call. He did another ten minute check of the system, and then said he could not put in the blower because he first had to get measurements and order the part. I called the company and they said they were not sure why he did not do the work. They would call me back after they talked to him. They never called me back. Someone did call me a few days later from the company to set up another service call. I again explained that I already had a service call and was waiting for a blower to be installed. They said they would call me back. They never did. I called every number I had for the company and no one answered. I emailed the person who hounded me for the two hundred dollar service fee to ask when the blower would be installed. She replied that the technician would no longer be able to do the work. She provided no further explanation.

I recently hired a chimney sweep for chimney rain cap installation, and I am extremely satisfied with their work. They expertly installed the rain cap, ensuring protection against water damage. Their professionalism and expertise in chimney rain cap installation were highly commendable.
