Maksim and his team were great to work with. They tore down the old ceiling, installed recessed lights, reinstalled the new ceiling, and painted the full room. They even repainted a half wall when we decided we didnâ t like the original color weâ d picked. I will definitely work with them again.

Maksim was hired to completely renovate our unfinished basement. His crew was polite, clean, and even offered to work some weekends along the way. Everything he worked on (floor, walls, ceiling, and stairs) looks great. I would hire Maksim again.

BelMax was responsive and very helpful at a time when we had a surprise home repair need. Maksim and his team had us weigh in on design decisions, kept us updated along the way, and came in at the quoted amount. We are very pleased with the outcome. Our renewed powder room, front foyer, and adjoining spaces look just great!

BelMax did several projects for me including two major projects; (1) remodeling a basement bathroom with the addition of a shower and adding a second-floor addition to the house which became a walk-in closet. BelMax worked with an architect to get a solid design, pulled the permits, completed the work, and got the work approved. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Throughout the job, the crew wore masks and shoe coverings when they worked inside, which I appreciated. They were also very clear about what was budgeted for each minor project so that later when we changed some of the requirements, we were able to work together to figure out the change in cost. Please note that some of the changes in scope were required. For example, after prior to the work stating, the architect said that we had to add another bedroom window to the house to meet city code. I recommend them and would consider them for work at my house in the future.

Belmax installed laminate flooring and painted my bedroom. Max and his crew were very professional and polite. He was flexible and accommodated my changes with ease. I appreciated his patience when my paint delivery was delayed. Anyone would be pleased with his quality of work and speed on the job. He is very focused and responsive to his client's needs. I was thoroughly pleased with the finished project.

Max and his team did a great job. They were timely and hard workers, sometimes working from 8am to 6 or 7pm without leaving the basement. They also adjusted to some changes we wanted to make along the way. I definitely recommend this company. Good bang for your buck.

The quality of the work done by Belmax was excellent, using high quality building materials. The work was completed according to the contract and in a timely manner. There was total transparency throughout the work, and communication was very quick. I was always consulted on any issues or changes that needed to be made. There was a lot of attention to detail and care taken to ensure the job was done neatly and properly to satisfaction. I was very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend Belmax!
