Phillip arrived promptly and was very professional. The problem was a washing machine leak. He diagnosed the cause to be relatively minor and he repaired it without need of parts replacement. The cost was as originally quoted and quite reasonable.

I was having a difficult time finding someone who could repair a Samsung refrigerator. While searching online, I came across Washington Installation and Repair and decided to give them a call. Best decision I ever made!! The technician diagnosed the problem over the phone, ordered the parts, and scheduled the repair for the day they arrived. He had it fixed in less than an hour. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The technician kept in touch with me to let me know when the parts were ordered and service was scheduled, and he explained what he was doing during the repair to keep me informed. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, prompt, reasonably priced, courteous company to take care of an appliance repair, do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed! Technician came on time and fixed the dishwasher problem at a very reasonable cost.
