I believe George saved me from making a bad decision regarding the purchase of this property. He found a major flaw in the plumbing system that was built into the trailer when it was manufactured. This caused me to rethink the deal and we are looking into other possibilities. Thanks!

I am purchasing a home for the first time as a single woman so I really needed to know what I was getting myself into, plus this house is 63 years old. I also asked for Radon and pest inspection. George was great. He was on time, the pest inspector he scheduled was actually earlier than he was. So we started outside and walked the perimeter of the house, as he found things, he reported them to me and also took pictures. He even got up on the roof. He not only described any issues to me but also made suggestions as to what I could do to resolve. Then we went indoors. Not recalling any of our previous home inspections I can't make comparisons but I will tell you that I was very satisfied. Then we went indoors and went through each room and he pointed out so much more than I would have ever seen. You must really have a keen eye for this job, and no doubt, he has got that quality. I had the printed inspection in hand the following day. I would highly recommend George to a friend and well as use him again. I close this week on the house.

George and his wife inspected a triplex for me in the Manchester area. They spent over three hours with me pointing out every detail and answering all my concerns. They pointed out a lot of major costly issues that I would have never noticed. I am a first time home buyer and they made me feel completely comfortable. Because of their inspections I saved thousands of dollars on future repairs. Thank you George for saving me from a bad investment. I called George on Friday, He answered the phone as soon as I called. He quoted specific prices and we had the appointment on Monday, which was perfect since we have a quick closing date. He was early and ready to go. He spent over 5hours going over the house because it is a large home that is very unique & has wood siding. He took his time & was extremely thorough. He answered every question we had. I feel so empowered by the knowledge he shared with me. He pointed out even little things that I would have never thought about, such as pointed screws that hold the electrical panel cover on the box. He found a slight bow in the floor that probably a normal inspector would never found. He even ran the dishwasher. We have used 5 different inspectors with our purchase of other homes & looking for investment properties... and by far, this man was the BEST!!! He took pride in his job & I could tell. He was honest & did not sugar coat anything... I loved that! We know EXACTLY what we are getting into. JUST OUTSTANDING!!! if or when I need another home inspector, I will only use NPI, not an inspector from the list the realty company gives me!

George and his wife, Danielle, were terrific. They arrived on time and got right to work. I appreciated the time he spent looking at the roof. He showed us every issue he talked about and gave us ideas on how to maintain our new home and prevent future issues. He was very good about documenting any issues with photos. The completed report was emailed to me in less than 24 hours! I can't say enough about how positive our experience was.

In my first review of George and his lovely wife I wrote how he was able to write a report regarding the large water problem in the basement that allowed me to terminate my offer on the house and save thousands of dollars. When I found a new house and made the offer I immediately called George to do the inspection. On March 4th George was at the house waiting for me, and I was on time. He first walked me around the exterior of the house pointing out all the different things he was seeing and explaining how they can effect the homes deterioration. We then went inside and began in the basement. George took extra care in this area showing me not only the problem spots but the spots that were well maintained. We then came to the fuse box, which was a mess and a fire hazard. He carefully explained wire gauge and pointed out different aspects of the box and told me why they were probably using fuses larger then it called for. I was very well educated when I left the basement. I received his report immediately and forwarded to my realtor. I gave her a list of two items I wanted the sellers to repair. Since she was not present at the inspection she had no idea why I was making such a fuss over the fuse box and did not think it was appropriate for me to ask the sellers to pay an electrician to replace fuses. I contacted George and told him of my dilemma and requested he update the electrical section. I had the report in the morning and my realtor was happy to ask the sellers to have an electrician repair the box. Yesterday I did my final walk through of the property before closing. When I walked into the basement I headed straight for the fuse box needing to see how it was repaired. There in it's place was a brand new service. I never thought an electrical service could be beautiful, but it is. I owe this to George, once again he saved me a few thousand dollars. Call him for your home inspection. I highly recommend him. He is not only friendly and professional, he's a joy to spend an hour with and a very good educator. Call him, call him, call him. He is wonderful!

George met me and the realtor at the agreed time. He was very pleasent and explained everything he was doing as he went along. I was very satisfied with his work and would recommend him to others.

George and his wife arrived at the home I was looking to purchase and were very pleasant for first thing in the morning. Upon entering the house we found the water had been shut off and the water tank emptied for winter. He promptly went down stairs and got it all turned back on so he would be able to inspect the pipes and water system. While George worked on that he showed me a few things after I noticed the basement had discoloration on the walls and fans were running along with a heater. George's wife (forgive me I have forgotten her name) pointed out the paint on the basement walls was fresh yet was discolored and starting to bubble indicating water seepage. This was happening on 3 of the basement walls. George also pointed out other foundation problems where the house is settling in the front and the block is pulling away from each other. At this point I saw no point in having him continue the inspection because I was purchasing the home through FHA and there can be no water in the home. George saved me quite a bit of money and future headaches by finding the major problems right off the bat so that I knew FHA would not approve my mortgage. Thank you George! He also told me that before I make an offer to buy call him with any questions I have. His number is on autodial and I will be using it.

George and his wife were thorough. They spent about an hour longer than I estimated it would take. They found lots of things wrong I didn't notice. Only downside, when he submitted written report he missed one item which he mentioned during his inspection. I had to remind him about it and he has to send me a revised report.

I emailed him telling him I found him on Angie's List and wanted to use his services for a home inspection on a home we were buying. After 24 hours when I didn't hear back from him I called him because I thought maybe he didn't get my email. I left a very detailed message and I still haven't heard back from him.

I have been looking at houses for about 6 months and George Kasimirsky inspected two for me. He is very thorough and carefully explained each section to me as we went through the house. He always asked if I understood and/or had any questions before going on to the next section. His reports are clearly written with pictures showing any problem areas. I highly recommend him!

From the beginning when I called George he answered the phone immediately, even on a Saturday when I called him to add an additional inspection. On the day of the inspection George was prompt and very professional. As first time homebuyers he spent extra time showing us things about the house, explaining the reason behind some of the issues, and giving us tips on home maintenance. He was very thorough (went up on top of the roof for further inspection) and sent the report to us in less than 48 hours. We received the pest inspection report the same day before the pest inspector left the property. The radon report we received later in the week after the radon test was completed. George even worked with the current homeowners to get his radon testing equipment back and required no coordination from us. We had a great experience working with George, and he gave us an even better price than what he had quoted us over the phone for all 3 inspections. Also, the inspection report was very detailed and thorough, there were pictures of the areas he inspected, and a great set of summary pages to help highlight the specific areas of the house that needed attention.

If you need to know what is wrong with your home or the home you are about to purchase, I highly recommend DBA National Property Inspections, George Kasimirsky II. Allow me to preface these comments by pointing out that I have been taken advantage by contractors of all disciplines for the past 10 years. I am skeptical and distrusting as a result. Not to mention, poor, after handing over thousands of dollars for faulty improper renovations, repairs, remodels, waterproofing, additions, etc. George and his wife arrived at my home within (8) days of our initial contact, promptly. They were warm and personable. They conducted an organized, thorough, step by step methodical inspection of my home. During which, I asked many questions and George patiently answered every last one. He was informative as to the reasons why corrections were necessary regarding the plumbing, duct work, drainage, furnace/air conditioning, electrical wiring, windows, gutters, decking, concrete, etc etc. George was forthcoming with his recommendations and I had a sense that he was genuinely content to help me with the results of his examination, particularly the unsafe conditions within the home.At the conclusion of the inspection, George provided a complete detailed report with photographs of all the areas of concern, within a few days. George also offered his assistance at anytime regarding questions, concerns or further recommendations regarding the inspection and the necessary repairs. I contacted a plumber but I did not reveal the recent home inspection nor the contents of the report concerning plumbing/heating/cooling issues within my home. I asked the plumber to examine these areas and his assessment was identical to the issues outlined with the Home Inspection Report. The plumber made his recommendation for the necessary repairs and what do you know, they were identical to the Home Inspection Report. I don't know about you but this is evidence to me that George Kasimirsky is the right man for the job! Thank you George, I really appreciate your dedication to your profession and your expertise!!

We were in a bind due to another inspector FORGETTING to show up the date of the inspection, but George & Danielle at NPI bailed us out! Despite the VERY short notice, they were on time and didn't spare any detail. The inspection was thorough and they provided some great insights for us before we bought our house. They left no stone unturned. Also, the finding report was very detailed. In hindsight, we should have called them first. We got a great inspection at a great price. I would highly recommend NPI, and I would definitely use them again!

He did the inspection and was very very through. He also set up for the radon inspection and then returned to collect it for testing. He does contract out for the pest inspection part however. I would use him again since he did just what I needed which was to tell me EVERYTHING that might be a problem.

He was very thorough. I would use them in the future.

George was on time, very professional and thorough. He explained every step of his inspection and took his time, checking everything he needed to.

We had George perform two separate home inspections, and he was an excellent home inspector. George is very thorough and quite frankly he was the reason that we chose not to move forward with an offer on a house and instead selected a different house to purchase. I would recommend him to any other prospective home buyer, if there is a problem with the house that needs to be addressed, chances are that we will find it and include it in the home inspection report.

George talks through each point of the inspection so you can understand exactly what he's looking for, what it's condition is, and what effect that will have on the house. He even climbed onto the roof and checked it out. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he answered every question I had.

George was great, punctual, patient, volunteered tons of information as he went around the entire house with me. Meticulous and detailed, almost to a fault. (Inspection took more time than I expected because of his thoroughness and level of engagement with me to make sure I understood everything he was describing and pointing out.) I certainly feel like I got my money's worth, which is high praise for a home inspector.

GEorge was there before we were and had already started looking at the roof and outside. He spent time walking us through the home while he was doing the inspection, explaining what he was doing, where the problems were and what we would want to do about it. He also talked to us about preventive maintenance inside and outside the home to reduce future problems. I would definitely recommend him.

I had George inspect a house in August and I canceled that transaction on the basis of his findings. When I found another house to buy, I called George in again because I was so satisfied with his expertise the first time around. This time, George checked things out and I went ahead with the home purchase, based on his inspection.

George was referred highly to us by two friends. I then further vetted him myself with lots of questions. He is very detailed and thorough with his inspections, and really finds hidden problems well. In the first house, he determined that there were basement water problems even before entering the house. When in the basement, he found lots of mold, and when we pushed back the insulation, it was clear that there was a lot of water coming in. He found a surprising amount of other issues with the house as well, but this was enough for us to drop the contract. He was just as thorough with the second house, and even gave us a discount, since we had just used him before. He found gas leaks, a lot of fire hazards, and found big problems with the top of the chimney, along with other more minor issues (slow drains, a/c efficiency problems, etc.). I don't really have any problems with him. He did make one very minor mistake on the home inspection report, but this is being nitpicky.
