NATIONAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

Description of Work: George inspected two houses for us within a sixth month period. On the first property, the inspection revealed so much damage that it took George twice the estimated time, but he did not increase from his quoted price. During both inspections, George was thorough, friendly, punctual, and his reports are clear and detailed with pictures. Even though we had a Pre-inspection report on the second property, George found some undisclosed problems that saved us some money on closing.

Description of Work: We are First-time home-buyers we had George and his staff come to do our Home-Inspection...They were soo promt they beat us there. George was very detialed and covered each & every inch of the house. He climbed laddres he got down in the dirt~ he did whatever was needed and then went above and beyond. He provided a clear and easy to understand report with pictures and arrows to point to things so that they could be easily seen and understood by anyone that read the report. He answered each and every question that I had as well as my husband, and he spent SEVERAL hours doing it-despite the fact that he didn't have dinner and had been working all day~ he truly cared about our families safety. He made sure that we were educated consumers so we were clear what to ask for when we sat down at the barganing table to close on our real estate transaction~ Thank You George,& Danielle
