A friend told them to get in touch with me because i told them I needed my a/c cleaned--jeff stought called me--I made the appointment==his son came--was here less then 1/2 hour to clesn 2 a/c--never cleaned anything-called his father Jeff and ask him how he cleaned anything--found out he didn't--his dad sent him back-he put 1 air filter in and left-- called again talked to Jeff the Father again--by this time I was so upset--he said he would come over,which de did----said he would come right back and clean out mycompresser outside and never showed!!!!

Very well...alot of work...but very well.

It was all very nice and it broke into summer. He came on a Sunday to put Freon in it. But the Freon lasted a day. When I asked him what brand he sold, I think he sold Frigidaire but he said that Gipson was like their lower priced model. It had all the same things as the Frigidaire and that there is no use paying for the Frigidaire name. But I asked him for information on the model that he sold us I did not receive any information. That is when I joined Angies List. Nobody mentioned anything about Gipson air conditioning unit. Finally I looked up on line about Gipson central air-conditioning and the comments that I got advised me not use that particular brand since it is awful. He used to tell me that he would be here and would not show up. When he does not show up he does not even call you and tell you that he is not going to be there. He will let you call him. After about two weeks he dropped the unit off in my front porch at around 4 O’clock in the afternoon and he said that he will be back in an hour. It is 7.30 that night and I finally called him. Eventually he got it installed and it stopped working after two days. So he comes back and fixes it. Meanwhile I still did not get a written estimate or any information on this brand of air-conditioner. He finally got it installed on August 12th and I run him a check for $2500 and keeping my fingers crossed. He told me that I would get warranty information about this thing. Needless to say it is November and I have not seen any warranty information and it broke after three weeks. My husband had it set at 60 degrees and it was like near 88 degrees. I was so glad to get him out of my house and I have not called him back yet. The unit is now sitting in my front porch. So it is going to get ugly. The price sounded decent if it had worked. He said it would $2000 versus $2500 and of course it ended up being $2500 but there was nothing in writing. It was just awful. He was always nice and when you question him as to where he was he would not get upset he was always nice. But I paid $2500 for something that worked for three weeks and now it is nothing sitting in the front porch. I don’t know how it is going to work out. Professionally he is a nice guy but what he sells you does not work. I will not use him in the future.
