Fantastic....... we are very pleased with the service. Since Hershey Termite and Pest Control has been caring for our home, we find our environment less buggy. When we have an emergency such as a wasps that service has been quickly and professionally delivered.

They always do a great job, and are very friendly and reliable.

Excellent response from a voice mail. Site visit was done in less than 6 hours and the treatment was applied in less than 12 hours. Great follow through. This fast response allowed our building contractor to continue as planned with no delays. I would highly recommend Andy and his company.

I had the complete house treated for termites around the perimeter. About 6 months later in the winter I was repairing a water leak in the basement bathroom. It is a daylight basement with a exterior door close by. In repairing the water leak I found some termite damage there. This was at the back of the home, the previously found damage was in the front of the house. The termites were active at the back of the house even though it was winter and cold. So I called Hershey Termite and they came right out and said that they must have a nest under the floor because they a not active in cold weather. So they then treated the area and retreated some adjoining areas. No additional charges.

We saw an occasional ant in our kitchen and noticed another in our master bath. On top of that, our indoor cats brought us a “gift” of a mouse they were playing with in our upstairs hallway. The ants became more plentiful and they were freaking me out. With that, I called Hershey Termite & Pest Control. Andy (the owner) was very nice on the phone and he was able to send Joe to our house within a few days of my initial phone call, to look around and give us a price estimate. Joe was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. I like the fact that this is a local small business, that has all the EPA certifications. We opted to get their quarterly servicing, which gives us access to assistance anytime of the year, without additional fees. Upon emailing Andy our signed contract, Joe was able to stop by the very next day to deal with the ants. We have cats and Joe made sure that the treatments he used were out of the reach of curious kitties. We were told to call them back if we see more ants and they will come out again (with no additional cost) for further treatment. The courtesy and professionalism of this company makes them very trustworthy. As the seasons change, they will be applying different treatments outside our house, as well.

They do a great job - have the quarterly service and have had almost no issues with pests the last two years. On the rare occasions I do have issues or questions, they are always super prompt in getting back to me to schedule spot service and answer my questions. Highly recommend!

I can not recommend Hershey Termite & Pest Control enough. I’ve used them for years and have never had one complaint. I also never see a bug, dead or alive, in our 80 year old house! After using another pest control before finding them, their rates are so much more reasonable! Please trust me and call them first. You will not be sorry. They’ll be your only call!

Andy is very conscientious, calling ahead for appointments, and thorough in checking all parts of the house. On the one occasion that we required additional help, he was very responsive.

Andy is amazing! He is professional, knowledgeable, and won’t do any service unless needed. If something comes up ( we had bees), he comes immediately and takes care of things at no charge. We were in the midst of having our windows replaced when the contractor found a heavy infestation of carpenter ants in the area of a large window at rear of house. Because the job was in progress and the old window was already out, I wanted to find an exterminator who could help us quickly. Andy was able to switch another job around and arrived within 30 mins of our call. This was especially impressive because he had never worked with us before and were a new customer. He was efficient and mentioned several times that if we saw any indication that they were not taken care of to be sure and call him. We have had no further problem.

Andy came out promptly and set a trap and despite some weekend plans he made, came back and checked it before going away on his vacation. We didn't get the pest the first time but a week later I received a photo with a "We got him!". Andy took care of our problem and we enjoyed the tomatoes for the rest of the summer.

Inspected our house and decided not to charge us.

Andy is prompt and courteous, knowledgeable, LISTENS if you have concerns and helps to address those concerns in the best way for his clients. He's also extremely affordable and well worth the phone call.

Andy was prompt when I called and scheduled the inspection immediately. He thoroughly performed the inspection and took the time to tell me of the issues and things he looked for. He certified the pest inspection the same day so that we could proceed with the refinance. I'm impressed with Hershey Termite and Pest Control and would call them for any work that needed done. Very professional, courteous and prompt.
