I was working with another realtor that was sick and unavailable. I called Rae Lyn since she had listed one of the properties that I needed survey information for analysis. Even though she knew that I was working with another realtor she helped me. When I first called she was on the phone and called me back while I was still leaving the message. She provided survey information on multiple properties to allow me to fit our new home. She provided information about the area and guidance as to potential builders, taxes and neighborhood information. Rae Lyn also provided information on the closing process and options for closing. I did buy one of the properties that she listed.
