They came to the house to show samples and take measurements, it took a few weeks to get everything made. The installers came from Pittsburgh every day so they were a little too anxious to have the project wrap up. Rather than coming back one more day they did a hurry-up completion and really didn't do great finish work in a few areas. The counter top was also damaged upon delivery, they repaired it but left a very sharp edge we had to have someone else come and fix. Based on how things went and how it looks 9 months later, I think we paid too much and didn't get workmanship corresponding to the price. The installer had us do a signoff before he left, it really didn't give us any time to inspect his work.

The second time they did the work, they have done a good job. If they had time to do it right the second time, they should have done it right the first time. I was not satisfied the first time they did it so they had to rip the floor off and do it again. They were good as a company but when they sub-leased the work to another company, that is where they mess up. So they have to make sure that they hire the right people. But they were very supportive and make sure you are satisfied even if it means doing the work again.
