+ -1 moreExcellent, start to finish. customer service is excellent! a personel pleasant experience, their professionalism removed the anxiety from the experience. I was able to understand what system I required because they put into simple terms the language I could relate to. I don't understand tech speak, it all sounds latin to me. I felt like I got a fair honest deal, my phone calls were returned, my questions answered to my statisfaction. also and excellent ink fill program which appeals to living green side of me. Service was quick.
Description of Work: I got a diagnostic, they were able to get pc working enough for me to use until I am abl to purchase a new one. They gave me information in language I understand to make an informed decision as to repair or purchase a new cp, Also spent loads of time to find out what excatly I need from a pc, i wa not over sold bells and whistles. I was able to make a careful informed decision on a purchase that will serve my specific needs. I felt confident and empowered. People of a certain age like me are intimidated, frustrated, and often victimized by overzelous sales people to sell piles of product that won't be understood or used. They were generous with their time and knowledge. VERY reasonalble costs.
