Description of Work: Replaced broken window pane from insulated window. Returned inquiries quickly and came out for estimate within a day or so. The installation took ~ 1 day. The window looks great!

They actually showed up for their appointments, they show up on time for their appointments that is one of the reasons why we decided to go with Angie's List because when you had problems with them, like never showing for appointments and we work 50 to 60 miles, depending on myself or my husband, away from our home, so to come home for appointments in our schedule and have people not show up for them, it was a gigantic problem, because you have to rearrange schedules and needing some stuff and we are constantly having people not show so these guys actually showed each time. They are doing screens and windows for the house and so far everything has been great. They actually did put in a good portion of the screens, one of them wasn't correct so they even didn't have us pay anything until they came back and fix the rest of it today, everything had been good, they've been responsive and everything has been all around good with them, they're friendly, they call back, and they're good.
Description of Work: Walker Glass Company is the only one I've looked up that I'm actually using. They made screens for all of my windows in my house, about 20 screens and they are also replacing a window in our solarium. They are finishing up today.

+ -1 moreI accidentally broke a bathroom window and called Walker Glass for an estimate. Chris came right out, gave me an estimate and I told him to go ahead. They came out the next morning, removed the window and brought it back repaired in the afternoon. Chris and his brother were very professional and fixed my window promptly. I will definitely call them again if I break another window--although I sure hope I don't do that again!
