Last guy I hired did bare minimum to clear blockage in the main. When Mark came in, then I saw what a professional job is supposed to be. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my situation and ran additional line and tests to make sure job was done right. I would/will hire Mark back in a second, and recommend anyone else does the same.

I was really apprehensive hiring a new contractor of any kind. They literally called me on a Sunday morning and were there by 1:00, (actually would have been there earlier but I wasn't home). They were professional, knowledgeable and very upfront in regards to pricing. In short they were TERRIFIC. I had a Problem with my kitchen sink no water was coming from it, I called MR. TWISTER, a service tech came right out!!! THAT SAME DAY!!!!!! He came in took a look at the sink and found my filter screen on the faucet, he called it an aerator was clogged with some debris, He cleaned it out put it back in and tested it and it worked great again!!!!!!! He was there for 15mins, and HE DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME!!!!! MOST PLUMBERS WOULD OF CHARGED ME A SERVICE CHARGE, They told me they do free estimates NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS!!
