I called several local plumbers about my outside house bib ALL of them told me to shut off valve to it and call back in SPRING!! I came across Mr. Twister Plumbing while driving to the local grocery store, they were servicing a store in the same plaza, i approached one of the men working and asked if they worked residential he told me they did residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing, everything from small leaks to industrial drain clogs, he gave me a business card, and i called and made an appointment, I was put on schedule for the next day, (didn't have to wait to SPRING!!!) The technician came with a helper, they were great young men, very polite, and clean. they had the new outside facet in in no time. i was thrilled!! What a wonderful TEAM!! i was truly impressed.

From start to finish they were FANTASTIC! I have an older home and i always hated the upstairs bathroom, I needed something new, I heard about them on a AM radio commercial, they were sponsoring the campaign for DONT TEXT AND DRIVE, I lost a family member that way, I was happy someone is running a campaign to get awareness out there!!! When the estimator Mark came out, he was the greatest i told him all my ideas, he told me what was possible and what wasn't with the budget i proposed to him, He gave me an EXCELLENT quote better than any I've gotten in past, Permits were pulled, and work began, they had the demo DONE in a day, rough in the next day with the inspection , and 3 days later my bathroom was finished! It was a beautiful experience. i HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this SUPERB COMPANY to my dearest friends or anyone who may READ THIS!!!!

I had a tree root problem at my old home, so i decided to have the new home i was buying sewer line video inspected, Mr. Twister Plumbing was great, they gave me a copy of what they saw, and explained in detail of there findings. I found them extremely knowledgable. I recommend them to my friends and family.

So thankful I chose to go with Mr. Twister Plumbing! I'm not normally one for writing reviews but the efficiency of the work was superb! took the men less than an hour to get my drains unclogged. Will definitely be using Mr. Twister again for any future plumbing needs.

They did an awesome job at a great price. Another plumber tried to sell me on a $3500 job and Mr. Twister saved me from getting ripped off. I did not by any means need the $3,500 job. Thank You Mr. Twister. I would rehire them anytime. I highly recommend for any job.

Best Plumbers in the area! I loved this company from start to finish! I had a broken sewer line, I've known about the issue for years I never got it repaired due to the fact all the plumbers i had come over the years said it would be thousands to fix, so i opted to go the cheaper route and have plumbers come and do a maintenance to keep sewer line open and flowing. Well it was the time to due the maintenance and the plumber I normally was using, wasn't returning my calls. I went to home advisor to find a new plumber. I got in touch with Mr. Twister Plumbing, I loved the name and logo. When they got here the Plumbers were great to me, they asked why i was wanting them to do a maintenance, i went through the whole story, they explained to me, that they can put a camera in the sewer line and pin point the exact problem spot, and give me an estimate on fixing the problem for good! i was thrilled!!! After they got done line locating. They gave me a price to replace my sewer line! and I am so blessed to have gotten these guys. The price was unbeatable and best of all they got all necessary permits to get job started that very next day! Mr. Twister Plumbing went right to the source of my plumbing problem and fixed it so i wouldn't continue the on going problem i had. They were great! I will Highly recommend this company to everyone i know and meet!

I was happy with my experience with Mark from Mr. Twister. We needed some minor work done, replacing bathtub faucet, two outside faucets and a leaky bathtub drain. He called right away and came to give an estimate within two days. He was on time, courteous and did good work at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Mr. Twister Plumbing.

efficient, polite, overall a good experience

I had an old toilet in the basement that we hardly use, I wanted to start using it again, but when i tried to flush it, the water wouldn't go down it would just spin, I called three plumbers to take a look at it one guy said it was clogged and snaked it and that didn't work he said I had to lift toilet so he could snake drain line. Another guy said it needs to be replaced and nothing would fix it, the prices I was given to replace toilet were very high, and all I wanted was as basic as a toilet you can get! Mr. Twister Plumbing was the last of the three plumbers I called, When Mark arrived, he was on time and very friendly. I told him about what the other plumbers told me. He asked to see the toilet, when he flushed it he told me right away that the line isn't clogged he ran water in the sink and the tub and said the drains are open and flowing good, he also told me that the toilet in fact does not need to be replace! He said the only issue with the toilet is the jet hole inside the toilet was clogged with some hard water build up, he took his screwdriver bit and cleared the hard water build up away. He flushed the toilet and what do you know it, it flushed like brand new!! He gave me a price to replace toilet so I would have an idea at what I was looking at and his price was the best one!! All in all Mr. Twister Plumbing was knowledgeable and professional. I just wish I had them come out first!!! I know I will be calling these guys again to install new toilet!
