Clean Haus

Fantastic! It's so tough to run a business AND try to keep it clean. Michelle came in and cleaned the upstairs 4,000 square feet of our art studio and it sparkled! We take pride in running a very clean space, and will be calling Cleanhaus before all of our events to give it that wow factor. Very professional and thorough.

We had never had our home cleaned, and were VERY uncomfortable with both the thought of someone being in our house, and them judging us for our lackluster cleaning. We work about 70 hours per week and cleaning is not how we wanted to spend our precious down time. We heard about CleanHaus from a friend, booked online - easy peasy! They showed up right on time and got right to work. The owner came and reviewed everything we wanted and then, I left! Came back a few hours later to a beautiful, sparkly home! It even smelled clean! Very professional, thorough and would highly recommend. I'm kicking myself - why didn't I do this sooner?!

Since we were new customers, one of the owners of the company met with us the day of our appointment, to summarize what we should expect from our cleaning team. She discussed scheduling and service options, the vetting process of her employees, her company’s insurance- all points to assure us that, not only would our house be thoroughly cleaned but, more importantly, the security of our home and belongings would never be compromised. We weren’t assigned an appointment window, but a hard start and end time. The cleaning crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and after a brief survey of the house, started work right away. We had nowhere to be that day, so we stayed home while they worked. They were barely noticeable upstairs while we were downstairs. The only sound we heard was from the vacuum cleaners. We were very pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail and the scope of the cleaning. I didn’t expect the team to go so far as to change linens on the beds and remove smudges on cabinets and appliances in the kitchen. They did an excellent job, especially the bathrooms. We had a buildup of soap staining on the glass shower door for a long time, having tried several methods and chemicals to clean it. These ladies had made it as spotless as it was the day we moved in. To summarize, our experience with Cleanhaus was entirely positive. The owner and her two employees were as nice as could be, we felt absolutely at ease with the entire process, and our house was in outstanding condition when they were done.

Recently, my wife and I decided to consider hiring a cleaning service for our home. Given how our last time using a cleaning service had left us with a sour taste in our mouth, we were hesitant to try again. But as my wife and I reviewed the website for CleanHaus and read some of the reviews, we started to reconsider. After all, like almost everyone, we highly value a clean house…we just dread the cleaning part and the time it takes away from our family. And if CleanHaus lived up to its marketing, if it truly provided exceptional quality, and if we could trade the several hours we would normally spend cleaning for dedicated one-on-one time with our young daughter, then the value proposition would be a no brainer. So we signed up and eagerly awaited our cleaning day. Mother nature, however, had different plans, and a snowstorm necessitated that our cleaning date be changed. I fretted about how the rescheduling would go, since we have busy schedules and there was no way my wife or I would be comfortable letting complete strangers into our home without us there…at least for the first time or two. As it happened, this was my first glimpse at CleanHaus distinguishing itself from the other cookie-cutter cleaning services. The staff communicated promptly. They offered us multiple alternative slots. And their flexibility was something we greatly appreciated. Eventually, our cleaning day arrived. After a walk through of our house with Braden, one of the owners, to inquire about any special needs we might have, he reiterated to us that all CleanHaus teammates undergo background checks, are fully insured and bonded (which means no homeowner worries about liability for an injury while the cleaners are on site), and that the cleaners arrive with their own supplies, vacuums, rags, etc., which means no time for us spent investing in supplies or cleaning up after the cleaners. Once again, I found myself impressed with the company’s thoroughness and attention to detail, and it wouldn’t be the last time either. Soon, the two cleaners arrived at our home. I immediately noticed how professional they looked and how kind and courteous they were. Most of all, I appreciated how they came in and got right to work. And just over two hours later, our 4-bed, 3-bath house (roughly 3500 square feet) was the cleanest it has probably ever been. The floors shined and no longer featured the paw prints of our dog or two cats. The stainless steel fridge looked brand new and was free from our two-year-old’s smudgy fingerprints, which had also been removed from the glass sliding door. The towels in the bathroom were refolded. The toiletries on our countertop were now neatly organized. Even the toilet paper was folded at the end like I’d expect to see in a hotel! The sheets on our bed were freshly made. Hard-to-reach places like our bookcase were dusted and cleaned, including around and underneath the mat used for our dog’s food and water bowls. Every i was dotted; every t was crossed. To say my wife and I were impressed would be a huge understatement—and that’s for two people who are sticklers for details. Prior to the cleaning, my wife and I were on the fence about whether to sign up for regularly scheduled cleanings. Hiring a cleaning service isn’t cheap, and so for us, the value proposition had to be there. In fact, the value proposition needed to be exceptional. We needed to know we could trust the company when we weren’t there. We needed to know the job would get done right the first time—even better than we could do ourselves. We needed to know that we weren’t buying another headache to manage but freedom and time for our family. And on every single point, CleanHaus delivered. We signed up for monthly cleanings and have no doubt you would be wise to do the same.

Yesterday I had two ladies from Cleanhaus come to do an initial deep cleaning. They did an absolutely fantastic job. They spent two hours going over every surface in my home, even dusting my pictures, cleaning windows, and scrubbing the baseboards. I was blown away with how clean my house looked and smelled when they were finished. It was extremely easy to book the appointment online and the ladies showed up at the exact time promised. Not only did they do a stellar job but they were very personable. They exceeded all of my expectations, I'd happily recommend them to everyone!

Rebecca and Lauren showed up and immediately got to work. They are very friendly and diligent. They work very well together and usually start at one end of the house and just work through. The first visit they were here all afternoon as I had requested extra items such as baseboards, the last couple of visits have been quicker. I have so far fired the services of 5 other cleaners, but these girls are amazing, my house shines and everything looks fantastic. I'm extremely impressed with the quality of the work and I'm very happy that they clean up to the tops of my floor to ceiling kitchen cabinets without issue. One of the other services I had tried, wouldn't do this for insurance reasons, they could only clean up to their reach without a stepstool. The scheduling is very easy, its pretty much all online. I have had a couple of instances to talk to Amy, simply as my schedule fluctuates and she has always been most gracious with changes, and we have now settled on a fixed day every two weeks. You get an email just before, which confirms the appointment and offers the chance to change if necessary. I find the pricing incredibly reasonable and am very happy to have found a cleaning service that I will continue to use. I love coming home and seeing my house sparkle. We recently had a large party and the girls came the day before to make sure everything was in order, it gave peace of mind to know that was one thing I didn't have to worry about at all. Snap this company up to clean your home, you wont regret it!

I was drowning in housework trying to keep my 4 bed/3 bath home clean and tidy. It is very important to have insured/bonded above the table cleaning service-- I will not take the risk of getting sued for injury in my home. I had quotes with other companies and could not justify the extremely high costs and then... I heard about CleanHaus on a Reddit post. I gave it a shot and not only were they affordable but they did an AMAZING job! Two cleaners arrived on time and got to work immediately-- they were dressed in uniform which I loved. They finished the job and my house had never been so clean. I am addicted! For the price and the quality-- they're a steal!
