Description of Work: Watson Brothers was suggested to me by Snapper as a place to go for warranty service. I did not buy my mower from Watson, they had no inventory of the model I wanted. I asked about annual maintenance and they seemed very interested to have the work. Today I called about a minor warranty repair question. The man who answered the phone went into a long nasty tirade "I'm not working for nothing""I don't know how I am going to get paid""They promise the consumer anything but you know how that is""I have to find out how long it will take to get paid,they don't pay for six weeks" I said I didn't know what I did to deserve his tirade and he hung up on me. Don't go near these people
