+ -1 moreIt appears Frank, the original owner has passed away and BEWARE, under new ownership, possibly his son, do not use this company! I am 89 years old and got taken advantage of by Selective Plumbing. They sold me a used resurfaced sink as new and after 3 months it started to fade and chip and Selective Plumbing told me to get it resurfaced, would not provide warranty papers and now won't return my calls. I would highly recommend NOT using this company.
Description of Work: Replace old kitchen sink for new one with faucets.

+ -1 moreFrank had done work for me in the past, including installation of a new water heater. When my pipe burst at 9:00 at night he actually came right out and got it fixed. As usual his work was efficient and professional and the cost was way cheaper than I was expecting. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: Replaced the water shut-off valve in my crawlspace. He arranged with the water company to have the water to the house turned off before the job and then turned back on when it was completed, without my needing to be present. Very professional and a pleasure to do business with!
