Rich is professional and very upfront about his services and prices. Also, I have no more pest problems with my yearly service. Very professional and attentive when problems do arise. But now my house seems under control. I would highly recommend this company and have to Our family and friends they have all been very happy and satisfied.

This company will take advantage of you if they can. We had bees in our house. We tried to treat it and block the hole. This was the wrong approach as the bees that lived came into the house. We call this company for help and they did come out immediately to remediate the one nest. From the onset everything was a big deal and extremely dangerous. One truck turned into two and much planning. Ultimately the nest was treated. Then came the bill - $371 for one bees nest. I called to ask for an explanation. They mentioned several times that my renters were paying big money. Clearly my bill we set based on my rent not the service provided. Unless you have a clear price upfront, avoid this company!
