Whole house and stairs done within 3 days.

John and helper Moses did an excellent job refinishing my very worn floors. He made them shine and there wasn't a scratch or drip on them. But be prepared! There is prep work to be done before he gets there-some he tells you like emptying out bookcases and drawers from the dresser. Some things that I didn't know -like scrubbing the floors before-I thought the sanding would remove a drop or two of dried cat poop (I know disgusting ). He charged me an extra $200 for that. Also nothing was covered, not even the computer which was filled with sawdust. I hired a cleaning service

John is at all jobs. Good work for a fair price.

John responded quickly to my request for an estimate and fixed my floor in a matter of days. The job was done very well. His crew worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I am pleased with the results.

John also repaired the floor seemlessly. I was very happy with the wood which matches the floors done 13 years ago.

John was efficient and professional, he contacted me right away to set up an appointment and made himself available the day I needed him to do the job. He did the work himself and made sure to minimize the dust as well as clean up after the job was completed.

They did the little things to make the floor perfect.

John and his assistant Moses were very professional and courteous, and exceeded my expectations. My wood floors look amazing and the clean-up was minimal, as promised. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They were excellent and I would highly recommend them.

He insisted on getting paid ( cash ) before the job was finished, he left his assistant to come back on the 2nd day and finish the job and told me to pay him the balance. Unprofessional and cannot be trusted. When his assistant finished the job did not even call me so I could lock the apt. I am planning to report him to better business bureau. He also tried to change the price after the job had been started, he lied about the price and I caught him on his lie. I am not satisfied with the quality oh his work and may have to get some one to finish the job

Excellent service provided, they were on time, very professional and cleaned up thoroughly. Moses even taped off the section he was working on so no mess would spread, he also recomended the stain to match the floor (redid steps). I'm very pleased by the outcome and would highly recommend John's Hardwood Floors.

The company was neat, clean and the water based technique they used was clean odorless and fast drying I will be using them again for other rooms in my home

Be prepared for extra time and materials in the event that unexpected damage is discovered. Very professional job! Parts of the existing floor needed repair and installation of more hardwood. Moses is a master, attended to every detail for excellent results. It is often necessary to repair and/or paint trim after refinishing is completed, in order to do the entire project correctly. Very pleased with the results.

You are only as good as you team...his team is awesome. They all know what they are doing and are knowledgeable & courteous.
