Outstanding. Joe Amberg and his son came on the same day in both instances and were punctual and polite and very efficient. They measured the hot water heater because we were hoping to install a larger one but the room would not permit that. The new hot water heater was installed, and running in less than 2 hours. Cleanup was excellent. They are truly the best service provider we have found in Pennsylvania over the last 14 years! We recommend them very highly.

Mr. Joseph Amberg and his son did the new furnace installation quickly (within a few hours) and completely. They showed me how the LP pressure was set too low for the old furnace, and adjusted the pressure to be within specifications for the new furnace. They cleaned up completely and very well, and also carted away the old furnace without extra charges. They were prompt, courteous, experienced, and highly professional. I would recommend them highly and plan to use them again.

I called him and told him what I needed. He came over and check the job, gave me a price. We agree and set a date for installation. The work was done and I was very satified with the results. Very need worker and very professional.

Oil Burner was not working, had no heat. I called after hours, they responded almost immediately! Great job, very satisfied, will definitely use again in the future.

We are new to the Lake Wallenpaupack area and recently purchased a home there. The A/C unit was not able to be tested as part of the home inspection but when we went to use it, we found it did not work. After a couple calls to other contractors who were either no longer in business or who could not give me a firm date of service, I joined Angie's List and found Joe and his son. They did everything I require in a contractor: responded promptly to the vm I left, gave me a firm appointment and showed up on time, took care of the problem, and also gave me additional info about my A/C system and how I should care for it. I was please to know they also repair and service heating systems and I will definitely use them again.
