MOVERS STOLE - went into an area they were in instructed to go to and rummaged through a pile leaving it a complete mess which is how we noticed items were missing, over $2000 worth of items. Owner basically wiped his hands clean and told us to call the police. Movers also damaged irreplaceable antiques. Careless and unprofessional. Find another company. I can understand an owner cannot control employees, but the way Bobby handled it was awful.

This was a great moving experience. The managers were easy to contact, prompt in their replies, and clear in their rate structure. Our movers were courteous, efficient, and accommodating to any and all of our requests. All in all, great company!

Services were excellent. They are always on time and extremely polite and professional and go above and beyond to ask the customer if all services are satisfactory prior to leaving. They do a thorough walk -thru of everything they provided to make sure everything was done completed and nothing damaged.

I called Suburban Solutions in late July for a job about two weeks out. I live in high rise condo building with significant insurance requirements and loading dock times and restrictions. This is heavy moving season and yet Kyle and Bobbie were able to schedule my move for Saturday August 11. We were giving several nice pieces of furniture to our daughter in Montgomery County PA. The guys, Deon, Lamar and Christian showed up as scheduled and were very courteous, professional, efficient loading and then unloading the furniture. Had an excellent experience. Kris, Jean Marc, Ivan, Isaiah, and Sean M did a fantastic job with a complicated, multi-part move. They were a few minutes early, got right to work, were quick but careful with our belongings, wrapped furniture thoroughly, helped tape the last random boxes. In very good humor all day long, no grumbling, complaining, or irritation. Communicative and responsive to requests. In all, they made a stressful process pretty much stress-free. Also, they landed right at the midpoint of their estimate, so no surprises. Highly recommend.

The guys who came from Suburban Solutions did amazing and went above and beyond! Isaiah, Lozaro, and Lamar were our crew members and would recommend them to anyone. As soon as they showed up they went to work loading up boxes and wrapping furniture. I was very impressed with how fast they worked and how professional they all were. They even offered to help with things that were packed up in my car and help lay the carpets. Thank you for everything, guys!

Suburban did a great job! They came out twice, to move our stuff into and out of storage. Both times they were prompt, professional, quick and thorough. They paid attention to detail and were careful with our furniture and floors. We had recently gotten hardwood floors refinished and were very anxious about scratches and the guys did an amazing job of ensuring everything went smoothly. They're also just nice, friendly guys. Would definitely use Suburban again!

I totally agree with all the good reviews. This is the second time this fall we used Suburban Solutions and each time they were excellent. The first move a few months ago went so smoothly that we used them for a second time. They were great about getting back to me from their website, I got a phone call when I needed to clarify something and the date set was exactly what I needed. The team arrived on time and wrapped and packed the things that needed special handling. The guys were careful, pleasant and very helpful. The move went quickly. They also took away junk that would have been a headache for us to dispose of – old rugs and padding stacked in the garage. I would highly recommend them.

The moving crew arrived when they were scheduled and worked continuously to complete our move. They wrapped everything with moving blankets and shrink wrap. Everything went perfectly. The cost listed below is for both moves.

Suburban Solutions was a great partner for my move from beginning to end!!! After filling out their comprehensive estimate form, the company contacted me in a matter of hours (even on Labor Day!) asking for additional details. By the end of the week, they sent out a representative to review all the items that needed to go and finalized a quote that afternoon. On the day of the move, there were no surprises. 4 crew members met me at my load location, completed the load in less than 2 hours and drove down to Maryland. The unload was just as quick and they even beat us to our new home! Down in Maryland, 3 new crew members showed up. 1 member from the load site drove the truck down to Maryland. Everything was wrapped securely in tape, bubble wrap, and was very snug when it was packed up. There were no surprises, everyone was very friendly, and willing to work hard. I am definitely using Suburban Solutions again in the future.

I had an awesome experience with suburban solutions. Patrick one of the owners was very nice and professional. I used there service 2 times in the past 2 months. I had to move on a Sunday and had only 3 hours for our freight elevator. So they even showed up earlier that their usually start time to ensure I could move all my stuff within the 3 hour span. They are fast, efficient and honest. I would highly recommend their moving company and plan to use them again in the future for any moving needs!

Kevin and his team arrived promptly and got to work immediately. They did an excellent job safely packing up our stuff and protecting it during the move. The move went quickly and efficiently.

Great customer service too - Pat followed up after the move was completed to make sure that everything was performed to my satisfaction. Upon hearing of minor scratches on a piece of furniture, he sent me a repair marker kit, no questions asked. The post-transaction service really separates this company from its competitors.
