Description of Work: Contacted service provider based on recommendations in this list. Talked with office staff and explained problems with HVAC not working. Weather was 80+ degrees. Told by office staff that it would be coded as an emergency and that they would have someone call. Took 30+ hours before the call was returned. In the meantime, we picked someone else from the list, called them, they came out, looked at the problem and gave us a quote to fix. All before we were called back by this vendor.
