Called for an estimate in the morning, he came within two hours and gave me a great price much lower than expected. That same day all the hedges-tree and shrubs were gone. Robb returned the following morning with his stump grinder and crew to finish the job. Robb and his crew did a great job.

Robb was a pleasure to do business with. Reliable, punctual, professional. Reasonably priced in comparison to other estimates. I would highly recommend him.

The day him and his assistant came out they appeared to be very professional in every aspect. Unfortunately I had to leave but since I was given a good reference by my neighbor, I paid him in full(HUGE COSTLY MISTAKE). Rob told me that they wouldn't be able to finish all of the work in 1 day, but he'd be back the next day to finish it. He ended up doing half the job and never returned any of my phone calls. He didn't waste any time in cashing my check.

Although Rob did not return my call immediately (it was a day or 2 later), he did come the evening he called and left an estimate. He told us it would be a week or so until he could get to the job and he would call the night before he came. That did not happen. They arrived the next week in the morning, although that wasn't a problem for us. Rob and 2 men spent the day taking down the tree and trimming another. They were very careful of my neighbors flower garden which the tree hung over. They took the bulk of the tree, but left the larger stumps for pickup the next day. The stump was to be ground out 2 days later, but they managed to come a day early and also took away the wood chips. Did a nice job of raking up.
