RICK'S SAME DAY APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE

Description of Work: Provider came to house; evaluated the condition of my refrigerator. Very professional. Satisfied with service. Would call again. Date was not May 31 but it was in 2013.

Description of Work: Never responded to two phone calls.

Description of Work: Replaced drive belt on 30 year old Kenmore washing machine.

Description of Work: He said my washer could not be repaired.

Description of Work: He returned my call quickly but I was not in. Then despite my trying twice in two days to reach him again (and left messages) I never heard from him again.

Description of Work: D ishwasher was making a loud grinding noise. Provider came out immediately. Dishwasher did not make any noise when provider was here or since. I guess the provider scared the dishwasher! lol. Had to pay a service call charge, which I expected. Would definitely use this provider again.

Description of Work: How Rick gets a A rating is beyond me. Called 3 times left messages on cell phone and offcie phone. No response.

Description of Work: Rick was very responsive to my call. As a brand new customer he returned may call within the hour and was at my house fixing my refrigerator within 2 hours. He saved a fridge full of food and the pain and expense of having to buy a new one. He went to my house and worked with my son to make the repair. He gave me all the needed information on cost and possible outcomes so that I could make an informed decision. This is my first time using Angie's list and I made the call with complete confidence in the service. Thank you Rick and Angie!

Description of Work: Called late on a Saturday afternoon about a washing machine leak; left a message. Rick's called back first thing Monday morning (about 10 AM). Though I was able to line-up a repair for it by then, I appreciate the call back at their earliest ability - thanks.

Description of Work: Rick called us back in just a couple of hours to recommend us checking to see if warranty coverage still applied as well as giving us frank, practical advice on repair vs replacement. Unusual these days to find someone who you immediately feel is knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely keep his contact information on file for future needs.

Description of Work: Called Rick to schedule a repair for my refridgerator. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and suggested I try a simple thing which might correct the problem. I did and it worked! Didn't need the service visit this time, but the next time I do, he's the man i'm using.
