Declan and his team were extremely professional. Communication was great . The quality of their work was top notch. Originally Pro Build was contracted to replace only the deck boards and stair structure. After demolition it was clear to me that most of the deck structure would need to be replaced. The cost of the additional work was fair and reasonable. I am very pleased with the entire experience. The finished deck is now very well built and looks great. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Declan and his team at Pro Build did a wonderful job replacing our existing deck. He was easy to work with - helping us choose materials and a design that was within our budget but still with great quality and workmanship. He kept to his schedule and accommodated our needs while he was constructing. Would certainly use again for other projects!

Declan and his workers rescreened my porch and scraped, sanded and painted all the woodwork. Excellent work but the screening was defective. So Declan came back when I called and completely redid the screening. He stands behind his work and completed the job again at no additional cost to me. His work is impeccable and if something is wrong he fixes it. I highly recommend Declan for all jobs you may have.
