Perretta Overhead Garage Door

Fantastic. Joe and his son were on time and did excellent work. The new door looks great and and works flawlessly. I am particularly impressed with the custom trim work that integrates the door perfectly into my existing siding. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Mr. Perretta was upfront about the time frame. As soon as he received the door, he called me and we found a suitable Date for the installation.

I don't actually remember the date, but I called just as one of the big storms was rolling in this winter. They weren't able to come out immediately because of the severe weather, but they got out as soon as possible and fixed the problem in one visit. I have used their services before for various problems with my garage door (an older unit that they did not install and was already in place when I bought the house). They have provided both good routine maintenance and good, fast, reasonably priced repairs that have kept the unit functioning well into old age. They would definitely be my first choice for garage door services and repairs, and I will call them when and if I need a new unit installed.

They gave us a bid-my husband was here for that. Then then just showed up and did it one day while we were at work, left key and bill inside. Sort of like the seven dwarfs came and left very quietly! No trash, nothing messed up, fits great, quiet, no grinding of the slides like the old one. Great experience

I received two other estimates besides this one. It took me until Sept. to set a date for the work due to personal problems with my health. Joe Perretta was very accommodating and we kept talking dates, etc. When I set a date Joe and another younger man showed up right on time. They were very professional, I asked how long it would take and was told about 3 hours. They went right to work! In about 2 hours they called me down to tell me they were finished. Beautiful job - I got the door I asked for, all the new hardware so it now is easy to open, new lock and all the old rotted header wood was gone. The capping just added to the and quot;lookand quot; of the new door. I also had a security light they graciously removed and replaced for me at no extra charge! Joe P. stuck to the original estimate and I was surprised, very happy, and now have a wonderful, easy to open, maintenance free garage door! I would recommend Perretta Overhead Doors to anyone - I'm very pleased.

They were prompt in assistance- same day service as promised for the garage door that didn't close. They billed me, as I could not be home due to work obligations. They installed a key pad as requested promptly, and billed as well. I would definitely use them again. Prices appear very reasonable.

Pleased with the work done. No deposit required, took care of everything. Was able to install for a Christmas gift as requested. Wnet beyond the minimum by re-doing the capping. Very pleased, would recommend to others.
