Description of Work: I had been trying to adjust my water heater, and inadvertently turned off the pilot light (as I found out later). It is a rather old heater, and since I couldn't get hot water, I thought I just needed to replace it. Mike O'Kane came to the house, re-lit the pilot, showed me how to adjust the control to increase/decrease the heating to the water, and didn't charge me a cent. He was really nice, and said to just keep them in mind when I do need a new water heater or other plumbing services. He was great! This was about a year-and-a-half ago--can't remember exactly when.

Sean and Bob have taken care of so many issues for me - most recently, replacing my water heater. They have also replaced my dishwasher, a toilet and a sump pump, added a back up sump pump, and addressed all types of plumbing issues in my house. Work is always done promptly and correctly, and they are great to deal with. Calls are returned promptly, emergency calls are possible (I've had a sink repaired on a Saturday). They are terrific and I wouldn't call anyone else for anything they're able to do.

They did their usual quality work. They responded the day I called and came the next day. They quickly replaced the pump. The plumber was polite and very clean. They saved my basement from getting flooded during the hurricane and tropical storm.

WE HAVE USED THIS FIRM BEFORE AND FOUND THEM TO BE VERY SATISFACTORY. WORK and MATERIALS DELIVERY WAS DONE SATISFACTORILY AND WITH A MINIMUM OF DISRUPTION.
Description of Work: ON THE 19TH OF MAY, THE BOTTOM FELL OUT OF OUR 80 GALLON HOT WATER HEATER (GAS.) MR. O'KANE CAME IMMEDIATELY, STOPPED THE LEAK. THE NEXT DAY, HE STARTED REMOVAL OPERATIONS AND PROCURED AND INSTALLED A NEW HOT WATER HEATER.
