Joe Egan is extremely good communication. Very friendly and thoughtful fellow (A good sense of humor too!). He kept a close eye on his employees as they did an excellent job. Very clean work.

Joe was great to work with. He responded to communications promptly, provided all requested paperwork, was knowledgeable and very attentive to details about types of colors of paint, etc. I would definitely use him again.

It was great! Joe came to give us an estimate within 12 hours of our call, and work began later that week. He was straightforward with us about what should be done, and what didn't need to be done, saving us lots of money from doing unnecessary work! The work itself was done well, the painter stayed in good communication with us throughout the job [which had some weather delay], and the finished product was excellent.

I was having an open house on a Sunday and I called Joe at the last minute on that Friday and he really delivered! He stopped by my house within an hour of my call and let me know what needed to be done. Later that day he had my porch ceiling bleached and pressure washed, ready to be stained the next morning. It rained the next morning, but as soon as it cleared up one of his guys was at my house to stain the ceiling. Joe's communication was fantastic throughout the process. I really appreciate the time and money he helped me save by explaining my options and recommending the best course of execution. The ceiling looks beautiful. I absolutely will not hesitate to recommend Joe and his crew or to use his services again.

this is the 2nd time I've used Joe Egan. He provides prompt estimates, his men are professional, neat and clean up after themselves. You would never know I had a leak in the bathroom and that the ceiling was a mess. Joe comes around to look at the work his men do during the job as well as after the work is completed. a pleasure to do business with him.

Power washed and stained our gazebo. He came out and did half the work, then disappeared for two or three weeks. He called me up and said you sent me the invoice but there's no check in it. I said well I'll send a check as soon as the job is done, but it hadn't been finished yet. So he had to call his buddy that was working with him. I only sent the invoice to let him know that the job wasn't finished. He probably has so many people working for him that he loses track of them. The work was very good. There was only one worker. He was very good. He likes to do all these jobs for people but I think he may take on a little bit more jobs than his workers can do.

Work was done quickly and professionally. Everything was neat and clean when finished. All furniture and pictures were put back for us.

Overall we had an excellent experience with Joe Egan painting. Joe himself came to provide an estimate before the project started and was very helpful in explaining our options and making recommendations. His estimate was very reasonable (approx. 20% less than the other estimate we had received). He started the project very soon thereafter as he had promised. His workers were courteous and professional, did very high quality work and cleaned up at the end of each day. Joe remained in constant contact with us throughout the process, which was very helpful. Most importantly, Joe was very flexible in adapting to weather conditions and bent over backwards to coordinate with some other contractors who were doing work on our house at the time. We would highly recommend Joe Egan Painting.

This is the 3rd time we have used Joe's team. And would both use them again, and recommend them highly. The price was right, they sowed up on time as promised. When I added extra work they stayed till it was all done. Can't go wrong in hiring Joe!

We are very pleased with how the process went with Joe and his team! They were communicative, friendly and timely. The results are great, a first rate paint job. The most distinguishing difference between Joe and other contractors was his responsiveness to our initial request for a quote (very competitive pricing). He responded quickly when we had questions, and was wonderfully patient as we went decided on a paint/stain color. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Went very well. Got exterior painting done in a very timely manner before cold set in and did a great job. We then hired him for the interior painting which was challenging with lots of wall repair. Paid attention to detail. Performed tasks when scheduled including coordination with other contractors. House looks great. Would use Joe again.

Joe is a good guy and a pro. He gave us a quick quote on initial contact and then a final quote on visit. He couldn't finish the quote but came back fast to finish it the same day! Joe followed directions and gave a detailed itemized estimate the same day for each of our ceilings since we were unsure about which ones we were going to do. There was some miscommunication on timing from our side for the project completion. We went with another company that could start sooner, but Joe also still tried to get the project by moving his schedule around (A+ for effort). The other company gave us a big discount (perhaps because of timing) for the ceilings but Joe also did not have a chance to counter. Would contact him again.

Joe Egan Painting did a great job overall. They did all the prep work - scraped, sanded, caulked the areas and painted 2 coats. Worked was performed on time and at quoted cost. I would recommend Joe and use him again in the future.

My basement's concrete walls had dried up moisture/ mold spots and old crumbing peeling coating that was over 20 years old. They came out and wire brushed/scraped all the walls then put on several coats of drylock. What a difference in appearances! The guys did a great job on the walls and in cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Joe Egan returned our calls quickly and answered our questions and concerns to our satisfaction. He and his team (Dave and Mike) did a wonderful job. I appreciated all their hard work and they were very professional. Joe worked hard to get the job done despite our crazy schedule AND the unpredictable weather. The deck looks awesome!

The whole process was very easy. Joe and his team of painters are very professional and did a terrific job of preparing the house for paint and then painting it. The front porch and garage needed some trim work, and Joe hired a carpenter since as he said, "we are painters" and I felt very comfortable about that because I wanted to make sure that the house looked good and that the carpentry work that needed to be done was done professionally. We did not intend to paint the deck, but as the work progressed, we found we needed to replace some of the boards and the new boards looked different enough that we decided to repaint the deck entirely. Overall, the house looks great and is clean and fresh. The areas of our concern on the garage have been fixed and I am confident that the paint job will protect the house for the whole period of Joe's guarantee - and beyond. The crew arrived about 7:30-7:45 each morning and that gave me a few minutes to check in with them before work. They cleaned up well at the end of each day and I never felt that they were intruding on us.

Joe and his crew did a good job of prepping the wood trim, removing mildew and painting the house. They were neat, cleaned up and did not have any drips on areas like the roof. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work. I am writing this review now because the paint job has held up well over time. That is the real proof of good work.
