he and his son are awesome. they were couteous and efficient. when they were finished, the deck looked like it was new.

joe was very prompt- gave a detailed break down of all work and costs. Was honest and gave good advice. his son and other workers worked hard from morning till evening to finish the work as per schedule on a tight deadline.

Joe and his son are very professional and thorough.

Overall it went very well. It was more than I wanted to spend for this work but I was able to leave a key for the workers to do the work when I wasn't here. The work was done exactly as I wanted and I was informed about the progress after each visit. It took longer than I expected as well but that's only because it needed to be done in multiple steps. I appreciated the fact that I received a call and report after each piece of work was done.

Arrived on time, worked continously, did not waste any time. Replaced all outdoor furniture and potted plants.

I chose this contractor from Angie's list. My call was returned within a few hours. Joe Egan came to survey the job within a day or two and gave me the price. I hired him and the total job was finished within 10 days . Most of the painting is done by his son and another worker and they did a very good job. They were quiet and polite and they cleaned up before they left. What I especially appreciated was that Joe came to inspect the work after it was done to check that everything was right and to address any concerns. I was pleased and had no problems and my house looks great. Definitely get the power washing if you have a sided home-it made a huge difference in the appearance. I didn't realize how dirty mine was until after it was done.

The overall experience was excellent. Joe was very professional and neat. They went the extra yard by washing the deck twice. Our old weather beaten deck looks new. Great Job!

Mr. Egan also painted all trim, windows, doors on outside of house in October, 2008. We have been very happy with his work, his supervision, his workers, and his courtesy and ethics. We also hired him to do power washing and painting of our deck--good job!

Joe took over this project seriously and promptly. He or his small crew were there every day to work, and cleaned up each day before leaving. The bid was fair and Joe didn't ask for extra money when he needed to purchase more stain when the dry wood really drank it up. In total, the job took three weeks (minus the July 4 holiday). The real star of this company is his son, Mike Egan. His careful attention to the smallest detail was amazing and he was very focused and hard working. As a bright and honest twenty-something, he could run a successful business himself! I highly recommend this company to anyone who wishes a top-notch job done.

They did a wonderful job-the house looked very clean after the pressure wash. The garage doors even looked like they had been painted, not just washed. The window casings look great, too!

They did an excellent job and the price was reasonable compared to the other estimates I got. He is very meticulous and called and came by to be sure I was satisfied. He let me know in advance when he would do the job, arrived when he said he would and did the work to my complete satisfaction. He put everything back in it's place when he was done and cleaned up after himself. He was very neat. I would recommend him to anyone. You will not be disappointed. I will use him in the future for painting when needed.

He was excellent as far as the work and was top quality. He showed up when he was supposed to and did an excellent painting job. My house looks like a new house. He was very cooperative and I would recommend him highly.
