It was excellent. It stopped the leak and made the basement more modern; more clean; just better. They cleaned up and everything was left organized and neat. There was nothing left behind, no debris. The price was good.

Gus was very professional. He kept us informed of what he would be doing and what days he would be doing it. And he came when he said he would. He fixed some other minor problems on the chimney and the rear of the house at no additional charge. It looks great. My neighbors have complimented the work, and we are very pleased.

He was fabulous! He came out and did the job shortly after I purchased the deal. As a matter of fact, I had him do a little bit more than what I had purchased and his price was very fair. I was more than satisfied, I was very pleased! I think it cost me another $150 over the big deal price because I had a certain window well that I wanted him to put on both in the front and in the back. They did a really nice job. I felt that his pricing was really reasonable. They were very professional. I would recommend them to anybody.

Hired Havertown Masonry to waterproof and install a french drain in a smaller portion of the basement 12x12. Gus and his crew were on time everyday at 7am. Performed the work in a timely and professional manner. Unlike previous reviews Gus provided me with an estimate within 2 days after our 1st meeting. The new concrete floor and walls looks great, looks better than the rest of the basement. The french drain system works well and there's no more musty basement smells.Very happy with the outcome and the price.

He was very fairly and very reasonably priced. He spent some time and delivered a nice job.

Never received a call back for an estimate

The experience was great. They did a good job and there were no problems at all. They were there when they said they would be and they were easy to deal with. We got other estimates and theirs was in the ball park. They were excellent and I would hire them again.

We didn't have a proper drainage system outside our basement and we had a mold problem. They were very professional. Their crew was on time and very neat and clean. They were very considerate of us. They did all the work in a very timely fashion. I think it only took a week. The experience was excellent and the price was reasonable for the quality of work that they did. They did the work right.

Gus Rossetti was very helpful and had a good price. Very honest and reasonable guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone. We will use him again. He took a mess of a basement and turned it in to useable space.

Was told that they would be available in two week. Would provide an estimate in writing. After several days I got a verbial estimate that I approved. Was told that the written version would follow in a few more days. A week later I called and was told that he was not ready with the written estimate. At that time I reminded him that he was to start the job next week. He said that he wouldn't be available for another two weeks. Since had schedule time off and other reasons it explained that the time delay was not reasonable and I would not be willing to reschedule the job. He was going to check with his other client and call me back. He never called me back.

I was given an estimate for the work specified and was told that a written proposal would be sent to me. It has been approx. 2 weeks since the estimate, via phone call, was received. I have not received the written proposal as promised 2 weeks ago. Furthermore, the estimate given was 5 times less than any of the other proposals received. I am wondering why the estimate amount given is so much less? I makes me think, "what shortcuts" he may take when doing the repair work?

They were good. When they were fixing the roof, a piece of slate was moved. I called them and they came back and fixed it. I did not think that $600 was a lot of money for the job, but they finished the job in only two hours with two workers. This made me question the price a little. I would use them again in the future, however.

The initial payment was $4500.00. A week later he asked for an additional $4500.00 but he couldn't work because the borough shut him down. I found that out after paying only an additional $1000.00 because he hadn't completed anything.

He gave me a complete estimate and did the work for less. He was a very adequate worker I would use him again.

Basement waterproofing, replaced support pillars with steel beams, and put in French drain.

Mr. Rosetti did show up, called me with an estimate and offered to send me a hard copy (which I never recieved).

I should have paid more attentions to the comments regarding this compnay. Mr Rosetti took my call and made an appointment to come to the house on July 10th. He of course did not show up nor has he called to reschedule

He came out to give an estimate and gave a verbal estimate. We called a few weeks later and asked him for a written detailed estimate (broken-down). He didn't remember being there or the job. He finally did send a written estimate and we decided to hire him. When we talked to him he had family issues and wasn't able to do the job right away. We said we wanted to get the job done soon and he said he'd call back in three weeks and if we haven't hired someone else he'll do the job. We never heard back from him. I never called him back because of what had happened up until then.

Great, worked in a timely manner, professional, courteous, responsive.

At first, Mr. Rosetti responded timely after receiving my first call to him. He claimed he would assess the problem & call back to discuss & quote. Two weeks rolled by & I had not heard from him. I called for a status report, yet I had not received a call yet to date. Unfortunately, I do not recommend Mr. Rosetti at all for his lack of professionalism.

POLITE AND RESPONSIVE, BUT THEY NEEDED SOME HELP WITH AESTHETIC CONSIDERATIONS(E.G. SHAPE/SIZE OF PATCHES) THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY COMMENTS, THOUGH!

GUS WORKED AGGRESSIVELY TO SAVE THE EXISTING BRICK.
