Description of Work: Our computer died after a power outage. Coyne Computing took the tower to see if files could be recovered. They could not be. Coyne Computing listened to our needs and advised on what to purchase. They installed and provided a tutorial.

Description of Work: James got my computer set up for me - moving my pictures from my old computer to my new one, adding Office, setting up my favorites, connecting with my printer, etc. Unfortunately the computer itself turned out to be a lemon. He gave me a couple suggestions for what to buy and came back for free to set up the new computer.

Description of Work: Clean up laptop computer – virus. Running slow/poorly. Update programs.

Description of Work: He set up the computer of my husband with new. My husband could not get it off or set off and he has an eye problem. So, he set it off for him.

Description of Work: Assisted in setting up a new computer replacing an old one. James was able to extract files (thousands of digital pictures and person documents) from a crashed hard drive! This the second time he saved us and this time I headed his advice and had him set me up with an automatic back up to make sure things are safe in he future. Assisted with setting up accessories (printer, downloading drivers for cameras, and setting up a router / home network). Gave my wife a brief tutorial about the features of the computer and general questions.

Description of Work: Used Coyne Computer to remove a virus that I wasn't successful removing using "off-the-shelf" anti virus software used to protect system & recover data.
