Took 3 hours to install a new dishwasher wen the old dishwasher was already got ad the current plumbing as already there. The a even said he was slow but a dishwasher that had all the plumbing there? The they wet in to fi our toilet and used out parts and then 3 months later we got ta bill for over $200 and they charged us for using our own parts. Then when I complained he said he would make up for it by installing a ew kitchen faucet if I only bought the faucet from him. I bought a new faucet $100 cheaper at Lower. I need eat to see these rip off artists again. We ever got our money back. Don't use them. I asked the old an to wait for 3 days until were paid and he said he wanted the only today so I had to write a hot check (the bank covered it but charged us dearly) just because e would not wait for 3 ore days but did not bill us for 3 months. A man in Pittburg, Kansas was going to come put the dishwasher in and only charge us $75 but we thought it bet to keep business in our town but no more. Just stay away for this company. The old man who runs it is a fool.

Came out to put in a dishwasher. We had the old dishwasher already removed for him and the new dishwasher already inside the house. It took this man almost 6 hours to put in a new dishwasher when the plumbing was already there. He charged by the hour so he did not rush as you can see. He charged me more than what I [paid for the dishwasher to put it in. He did not have to replace any plumbing but he did hook the dishwasher into the garbage disposal as he suggested we do/ Afterward we were going to pay him and he said he would rather bill us so did not tell us the price. We asked him to look at the toilet that was not flushing properly but he did not know what the problem was but he did replace the float with a float we already had bought . That was all he did. When we finally got the bill 3 months later it was $200 and they charged us for the float that we had already bought. He charged us for a new float for the toilet when he used ours. I went up to the owner and complained and he came out to the house and did absolutely nothing. We asked out money to be refunded for the toilet since they used our parts but he would not do it. He told me that he would make up for it by replacing our kitchen faucets for free and all we would have to do was to buy the faucet. He wanted almost $250 for new kitchen faucets that we could buy at Lowes for $125 so why should we buy the ones from him when we could get them for half the price and told him he was giving us nothing. I would never use these [people for anything. He rnever refunded our money and when it takes someone 6 hours to put in a dishwasher that we have replaced a dishwasher ourselves and it took us about an hour when we did it so why it took this guy 6 hours is because he wanted to charge us a lot of money. We paid it but we will never use these people for anything ever again ad I would never recommend them to anyone/ these people should not be in business and what they are doing is ripping people off by overcharging. Never use this company. They are rip off and con men who sole purpose is to charge as much money as they can. We paid more for installation than we paid for the dishwasher. There was a man in Pittsburg, KS who would do it for $75 flat fee and he would have been driving from Pittsburg, Kansas and was charging a flat fee which is exactly what it should have been to install a dishwasher. Since we are elderly and on a limited budget that took our grocery money for the month. The old man who runs this company is obnoxious and rude. They plain an simply stole our money and did not return a single dime. I think it is terrible to take advantage of elderly people by doing this kind of gross overcharge and leaving a mess all over the floor when he did it and when he finished had left off the piece off the dishwasher because he stated he did not know where to put it.

Drain was gurgling when any water was run in upstairs bathroom. Used their camera to scan drain. Gave us a drain cleaner to use in the drain. I could have bought the drain cleaner at any hardware store and saved myself $100. The drain cleaner did take care of the problem after several weeks of use.

He is reasonably priced and has quick service.

I had a problem with loosing water in my home. I had a utility sink in the basement and I needed to get a plumber out to my home. He immediatly came and shut off my water. He was very good at communicating when he would come over and fix my sink. He also came over and also ran a gas line from my home. I appreciated the fact that I knew he was busy, but he never made me feel that he could not help me.
