 + -1 moreThe curb id fine, but now I need to find another contractor do the walkway. He gave me a signed contract, but then asked for more money. He did not do half of the job. He does not return calls or emails.
Description of Work: He gave me an estimate for a curb and walkway. After the walkway was torn out ha came to me and asked for more money. I agreed to half of what he asked for. He completed the curb and left. He has not returned 2 voice mails and an email which asked if he was planning to come back
