We found them to be professional and kept all of my things safe and secure.

I called a couple of months ahead of time to schedule my move, then again a couple of weeks beforehand to confirm. I also called with a question about the truck due to size limitations at my new place, and the owner made sure to send a truck that he knew would fit. The move itself couldn't have gone more smoothly. The movers arrived on time at 9:00 am and were professional, friendly, and efficient. Moving out was a bit of a challenge due to a tiny elevator (one of my couches had to be maneuvered down a flight of stairs) and a long trek to the truck's parking spot, but the movers handled it with no problem. Moving in to the new place much easier. All in all, the move took 8-1/2 hours (plus 1-1/2 hours travel time), which I felt was reasonable given the amount of stuff being moved and the nature of the move-out situation. Nothing was broken or damaged. I was very pleased with B & K's services.

Very satisfied. Started @ 9:30 A.M and finished around 12:30 P.M. Arrived on time. Nothing was damaged. I would highly recommend using this company.

These guys were great. They sent three men on the pack and the same 3 on the move along with an additional guy. Their rates are very reasonable for the amount of work that was performed. They handled every piece large and small with the same care and respect. We were not sure some pieces would fit but they took their time and everything went into the pre-planned spot we had set up for it. They had a guy with them named Chris. He is an above average worker with what seems an endless supply of energy and strength. They were very professional and treated us like one of their own, even the family pets. I gave them a $60 tip each and felt I cheated them. If I was able to I would have given each of them double that. The movers we had before were very careless and seemed to not want to be there. These guys seem to enjoy their job, as much as it can be killing your back, and I will recommend them to all my friends & family. To top it off they staged anything we needed at the end of the move.

The company was very accommodating as I had to reschedule at the last minute. They were on-time. The crew was polite and before they left asked if there was anything they could move again. The entire process took 11.5 hours to pack, move and unpack the truck. It probably would have been a better experience if they had come to my apartment to determine the most timely method for packing and moving.

The crew showed up on time and were very friendly and courteous. They seemed to be happy at what they were doing. Mike the ''boss'' is a real pro.

It went very well. They arrived on time, were friendly,courteous, professional, knew exactly what they were doing. Upon arriving at our new home they took every box to the room that was marked and double check before leaving that everything was where we wanted it to be.

These movers/haulers were very helpful. They gave me a quote over the phone and were able to come that same day. They removed the furniture quickly and professionally. I plan to use them when I move next year.

Overall experience was very positive. They were very professional, attentive to our needs, worked diligently and took great care. They were on time as well. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of work that was performed. The cost also included over 50 boxes and other moving items, some travel time and insurance. Highly recommended.

They sent three guys and charged $90/hour for the three guys. I thought that was a good price. They took about 5.25 hours to do the whole job, which was barely over their minimum. My wife and I were very pleased with them and rewarded them with a nice tip. I'd recommend B & K Movers to anyone who is making a local move. They also were very quick to respond to my first call. They called me a couple times before I moved just to make sure we had everything we needed to prepare for the move. Some movers are so shady and contractors in general seem to have horrible customer service skills, but these guys were great.

Worked efficiently...terribly nice guys. Three men showed up on time in a large truck. Move went smoothly. Nothing damaged or missing. Continually asked if there was anything else we needed or wanted. Worked around us having a newborn with naps and feedings. Great service. Would definitely use again and will be referring all of my friends.

The move was stress free! The furniture was very heavy, and they could have used a 4th person. They had some tough times getting up the steps, and I was a bit worried. It took them 2 hours longer than our last movers, but it was worth it. They were careful, respectful and hard workers! We will be happy to use them again, hopefully not for several years!

Prompt, friendly and respectful of our furniture and our home. Quick work without any damage to furniture or hallways, doorways, etc. Would gladly call on them again.

MOVERS WERE ON TIME TO START AND END THE JOB. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WHEN MOVING THE LARGE ITEMS THROUGH THE TINY VICTORIAN HALLWAY. THEY EASED MY STRESS OF MOVING DAY WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND LIGHTHEARTED HUMOR. THEY EVEN HELPED TO SUGGEST HOW THE NEW ROOMS SHOULD BE LAID OUT. THEY TOOK FIVE-MINUTE BREAKS ON THE HOUR IN THE HEAT TO RECHARGE AND GET RIGHT BACK TO BUSINESS. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT. IF I EVER HAD TO MOVE AGAIN (WHICH HOPEFULLY WON'T BE ANY TIME SOON), I'LL CALL THEM AGAIN.
