Description of Work: DO NOT HIRE! This guy cost me $13,000 because he didn’t inspect a single thing in the basement of my now home. I had 5 different experts ask me why I didn’t get a home inspection because there was mold, wood rot, and so many other issues!! When I told them I did get an inspection, they laughed and said I must have hired a fraud. Lesson learned: don’t go with the cheapest. You get what you pay for. Pay the extra money and hire someone else. You’ll thank yourself in the long run. Can’t say it enough. Never ever ever hire Abc Home Inspections

+ -1 moreBrian was absolutely fantastic. This is my first time buying a home so everything is new to me. He arrived before I did and got started right away. He took his time in explaining his findings, what issues were major, which were minor and how to go about fixing them. Brian's report was incredibly thorough, complete with photos and diagrams and his rate was very competitive. 10/10 would recommend over and over to anyone who needs a knowledgeable, patient, good-humored inspector!
