Description of Work: These guys were recommended by a friend, so we gave them a call in May or June for a railing and a small gate for a windowsill. Was told 6 weeks or so (should have been by end of july) it's now september 21 and still nothing. I haven't received a phone call, have left several messages with reception and have heard nothing back. Terrible customer service, really disappointed.

They are about half done with the job and I would definitely use them again in the future.
